Josh was walking in the forest.He saw something behind a tree.He walked over to it and looked behind it and,"Ahhhhhhh!!!!"A red flash had hit him.It was a stunning spell.He flew back and fell on the ground.He got up."Your not taking me as easley as last time."He was standing he never thought he would be dueling 5 Death Eaters on his weekend.He waved his wand and 2 of the Death Eaters  flew back while one went for Josh.He tryed not to hit him with a spell and Josh yelled again."Aaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!"

Payne heard the yell from inside DADA jumping out the window she ran to the forest and located Josh. She hit one of the DEs with a curse and blocked another's.

DE:"We dont want to hurt you.We just need you to help us."
Josh:''Why should i?"
DE:"Here we go again"He said as he a death curse went towards Payne.

She dodged it and sent another curse at him.

He blocked it.
DE:"Enough."He sent a spell so fast it hit her.

Payne flew up against the tree.

Before the Death Eater looked at Josh.Josh had sent a spell at him.A Death Curse actually.

"Josh!"She looks at the dead DE.

"What i had no choice.Look we need to get back to the castle."

"Josh, that was a Death Curse. They could put you in Azkaban for that."

"I dont care!I wasnt going to risk death again!"He said remembering the last time this happened.

"Fine. Let's just go back to the castle." Payne said calmly.

He started walking to Hogwarts.

Payne followed."Did this happen before. You said you weren't going to risk death twice?"

"Yeah it was little bit before you came.The Death Eaters captured me and Voldemort almost killed me.But Ginny saved me and we went to Conans house in Romania."He looked at her.
