They reached the inside were the Ball was taking place, it was beautiful, the texture, made Niles feel fancy.

Stacey laughed at Niles; he looked like he had never seen a fancy party before. The band was warming up so there was random notes being played by all of the instrument players. Stacey stopped walking now that they had entered the hall and looked at Niles as if to ask what to do next.

"Lets see, what do you do at a ball, Niles said smiling "I think we dance"

Stacey smiled and put her hair behind her right ear, she had gotten a haircut, so her hair was just a few inches past her chin. Stacey noticed how much taller Niles was than herself, about six inches.

Niles took Staceys hand and pulled her to the dancing floor, than but his left hand around her waist and his right on her shoulder and stared at her.

Stacey smiled, he looked nice in his suit. She put both hands around his shoulders.

Niles swayed back and forth, feeling kind of akward that this was his friend, but enjoying them dancing togather.

Stacey felt kind of awkward too, this was only the second dance she had been to, and the first had been a disaster. But she was happy.

"is this your first? Nies asked

Stacey frowned, her eyes flickered red. "No."

"ok, ok sorry didnt mean to ask" Niles said smiles admiring how Stacey got mad when he asked.

"It`s ok, you didn`t know." Stacey said, she wished she didn`t either. She smiled and continued to dance.

"Do you want to sit for awhile, ill get you a drink.
