Alexis sat on the beach. She was wearing some shorts, and a blue tank-top. For the first time in a long while it was warm. Warm enough for swimming actually. Alexis had a fear of water, but she had learned to overcome it. Now it was something she prefered not to do. Except today. On this extremely hot day.
The sun's rays beat down on her, and she needed to cool off. She was grateful of the weather, and the cool water. Alexis stood up, and took of her sandals. She slowly walked over to the waters edge to where the small waves touched her feet. She smiled softly.

Matt was out walking around by he beach that day because it was nice and he was extremely bored. He had on some old jean shorts and a bright red sleeveles shirt on. He walked down about halfway down the shore when he saw someone he didn't know."Uh hello there do I know you,?" Matt asked.

Alexis turned to see who had spoken to her. She looked at the boy, and answered, "No. I don't think so. I'm Alexis." She took a step away from the shoreline. "Whats your name?" Alexis asked.

Isabelle noticed it was a hot day and headed up to her dorm and put her baby pink swimsuit, and ran down to the beach and screams like a manic, and dives into the water. She came out of the water and says "Sorry, hi Matt, Alexis. This is a wonderful day to go swimming."

Alexis laughed at Isabelle. "Hey Isabelle. Nice way to make an entry." She said with amusement.

"Thanks, was it good timing? I love swimming and warmth." says Isabelle smiling and she knew that at the door was a larger cat then when she first came here.

Jinx came down from the castle and silently stalked Isabelle's feet and then when she got there she pounced with her claws in, and purred. Brushing her fur against Isabelle bear skin, and meowed. Then Jinx ran into the water and swam to the other side and back.

Alexis nodded. "Yeah. I think so." She said. Alexis watched as Jinx swam in the water. She was suprised because she had never seen a cat swim on it's own. Willingly at least.

Isabelle noticed Alexis watching Jinx go into the water and swim, Isabelle had a feeling that Alexis was thinking how could Jinx go swimming on her own willingly, and Isabelle says "Jinx loves to go swimming, besides its hot today and it would be absorbed into her fur and therefore she would overheat without going swimming in cool water."

"Nice to meet you Matt, I'm a fourth year. But I'm supposed to be in my second year, I skipped my second, third, and part of my first years. My cat's name is Jinx. I would have named her Shadow, if she was a boy or I didn't know magic." says Isabelle watching the lake's water ripple.

the sky was as bright as what was yesterday (raining all night!)then along came a brightly coloured blob but it turned out to be a girl in blue. "Hi I'm Aggie, I'm in my fifth year, who are you?anyway my friends are in year 4and 5 but they have work to do.''

Alexis looked at Aggie. "I'm Alexis. Sixth year. What about you, are you new?" She asked quietly. She noticed Matt, and smiled politely at him even though she'd never met him.

Isabelle looked at the newcomer, and says "I'm a fourth year, my name is Isabelle. That cat is Jinx. Nice to meet you Aggie." pointing at Jinx, who had went back into the water. Then a book flew at them, and Isabelle grabbed the book out of the air. She opened the book and looked through it, and found a spell, that takes you to the future and one below it to take you back.

''No I'm not new but i happened to be new at these pools and what is that book you do know it could be DANGEROUS, right'' then she looked at the three.''What if we were at the Black Lake and swimming would anything happen?'' she said trying to change the subject.

Jennie creped around the grounds while watching her cousin and some others. Then in her black swimsuit that had red stripes, she ran very fast and grabbed Isabelle and pulling her into the water, Jennie sunk down to the bottom and hid. Then pulled Isabelle's ankle making her think something was pulling her under, and would scare her. But a bad outcome of the prank happened to Jennie, she got hit with a spell that made her let go.
