Certainly i am unable to understand what order you are talking and of which part of the book. Harry potter has a bag full of magic with him always.

When Harry and Voldemort are dueling, their wands connect and Harry's temporarily overpowers Voldie's. This caused images of the people Voldemort has killed with his wand to come out of the wand.
