Does Dobby deserve an Oscar?

He's up against Gollum and King Kong for best CGI character... What do you guys think of the other entries on this list?

Gollum deserves one.
Dobby doesn't until we see how he passes away in the seventh movie.
If he nails that,

I certainly thinks that he will win for this. Because the way he has represented it, will gonna be a big thing.

Myself Davis. I have seen your post for dobby. I think he dont deserve a oscar.
because  i have maximum movies of dobby they all are average.

Dobby totally deserves an oscar....after we see his performance in the Deathly Hallows. He hasnt done or been shown enough i think to be given that honor. But he his good enough to be mentioned :D
