General Appearance: His skin is tan in nature, and usually keeps a stubble on his chin or some sort of facial hair or 5 o'clock shadow. He is rather athletic and keeps his upper body frame very built. Long, broad shoulders and his complexion is clean. Has a very good posture and his walk radiates with confidence.
Dressing Style: Wears black or white v-teck tees, jackets, graphic t-shirts, or long sleeved plain shirts. His pants are usually baggy, but he is far from grungy.
Personality.General Traits: On the exterior, Victor looks kind, charming, thoughtful, and considerate of other people. However on the inside, hes cold, extremely manipulative, and inconsiderate of other peoples feelings. Everything he does, he will only do to greater benefit himself. Very good at persuading people into doing what he wants, although most people won't notice his hidden motives. He likes to take charge and lead people in the direction he wants them to go in.

Strengths/special abilities: He has a power that makes him
very persuasive, to the point where he uses it only to his advantage. Something about him makes it easy to listen to what he is saying, and the way he says it automatically makes it sound like a good idea.

Background Story: Grew up in Russia with his extremely rich parents. He didn't have much of a relationship with them preferring to be off on his own and to get into trouble. With his parents being sick of his rebellious lifestyle, they shipped off to Durmstrang. There was where he met his friend Gabriel. They were both rebellious and inconsiderate of the school's rules. So after time passed, Victor's parents were sick of his behavior, they shipped him off to Hogwarts where they hoped he would learn the error of his ways.
