Name: Lillian Ann Eve

Height: 5'7
Appearance: Lillian is one of the tallest people she knows. She has long dark brown hair that goes to the middle of her back. She has a gray eye color but because of contacts the turn a sea blue.    She also always has a bow in her hair. One of the few things only she does.
Skin-Tone: She is Caucasian but has a light tan to her. As if at sometimes she were glowing.   
Parents: Samantha Brown and Jacob Eve.   
Personality: She is one of the happiest people you shall meet. She can see no wrong in people and easily makes friends. Her trust is only granted to a select few. You will also know her friendship is ment to last forever. She is also one of the more fashion forward people at the school. You will also never see her frowning. Nothing is able to darken her happiness. And if at a rare time you do,, you know something is deeply wrong.   
Likes: Talking, Music, Reading, Clothes, And her Friend Aaron. 
Dislikes: Sadness, Death, and Spiders.
Power: For 45 minutes Lillian and anything she touches turns invisible. But her power can not work again until another 45 minutes is up.
History: When she was born , she was born with a smile. She had learned that no matter what you would make a mistake its a part of life. When she was 10, Her dad had sadly passed away. She had gone into a deep depression for almost a year, until she realized her father would not want her sad. She now carrys on the attitude of her dad. Carefree and fearless.

Parents: Her dad was a Pure-Blood. When Lillian was 10 her curiosity got the best of her ,She had wondered out into the forest that surrounded her home. She was walking around when a single Death eater had appeared. Her dad had been following her and ended up sacrificing himself to save her. She ended up spending many long nights in her dads study, reading and practicing all the spells she could. Her knowledge isn't one of a year 3 but of someone who's already graduated Hogwarts. Her mom also being a Pure-blood helped her advance her knowledge.
               Strengths: Running, Spells, Knowledge, Her invisibility.

Weakness: Clumsiness,  Spiders, Pain, Sadness.

Your bio is good but it does lack some details. Like, it would be OK if you described your characters looks better. You did not write much on the theme, and left much to the imagination. I could picture your character with huge zits and a crooked nose, since your description was so general. : )

Try to imagine your character and her features in your head, then you try to describe what you see. The better visualization inside your head the better description of your characters looks. : )
