(it took me a while buy I'm responding ;D)
Josh walked across the grass,wondering aimlessly around the grounds. This seemed to be the only thing he could do now. The sun glistened brightly through his long red hair and made him squint as he looked around. He identified Hagrid's hut and then knew the premises he was in.

He saw a girl sitting on the ground plucking away at some grass. He knew she looked familiar but couldn't place it right away. It slowly started to come back to him. "Lavy!" he shouted as this feeling of hope and love came over him. He began to run towards his old friend overwhelmed with excitment to be reunited with one of his oldest closest friends.

After the flash of light nothing happened at first. The slowly the pain started to go away, as if it were leaving his body. He slowly got to his feet making sure that everything was alright. He took a hankerchief out and wiped the blood from his nose and cheek. "Thank you." He said looking at Alexis. He then looked at Isabelle and said "And thank you for having your wand with you." He smiled at the both of them unsure of his surroundings. It was one of the effects form the spell. Everything seemed familiar but he couldn't place it. He knew the people but not the place he was in. "Where are we exactly?" He said stupidly.

"That's great he met Percy before me." He frowned a bit knowing how much he had been away. He just learned a major consequence of leaving. He missed out on so much in what seemed like such little of time. His new nephew didn't even respect him, but he felt as though that is what he deserved. He smiled weakly at the five-year-old boy sitting across from him. Josh leaned back in his chair a bit trying to relax but it didn't work well. He fidgeted with his hands under the table. This was a new habit he developed, but he didn't like it because he thought it made him look crazy. He started to become a little uncomfortable. It was as though he didn't think he should be there. He didn't want to get up and leave because that would make him look weak and inmature. He didn't want to stay there because of Ginny's own son, also his nephew, was treating him like an idiot.

He could hear Alexis but couldn't respond to her. His eyes still had a black spot in it. He still couldn't move. His vocals came back though. "I can't move." He whispered very softly. "Go get your wand and run back here." He said softly again. His began to have a terrible headache and became very ill. The pain was unbearable and he just wanted it to stop.

Josh takes Buckys hand and shakes it. "Nice to meet you, Im' Josh." He then looks at Isabelle and says "I can tell you seem pretty smart." Josh put his hands in his pocket. He began to get cold for some reason.

Josh stopped walking and turned around to look at Buck. "Uh, who are you exactly." Josh said not trying to sound rude but relized he was coming off as a jerk after he said it. He looked as Isabelle then back at the boy. "Did you need something?" Josh said smiling at him. He thought the smiling would redeem himself for coming off as rude.

Name:  Josh Weasley

AGE:  17

Height 5'8

Appearance:  He has a little less than avergae height. His weight is less than average and he could use about ten pounds. Josh, as the same as many of the Weasleys, still has his freckles that stand out. He has long bright orange hair all the way past his shouldlers. He parts it down the middle so he can see better. He has brown eyes and is a little less pale then most of the other Weasleys. He usually wears a t-shirt with some loose or baggy jeans and some ratty shoes.

RACE:  Wizard/Animagus

Parents:  Arthur and Molly Weasley

Personality: Josh is more mature than he used to be. But thats not saying much. He still thinks that he is invincible which usually leads to him doing stupid things. He also under estimates things and people. He usually more joking than he is serious, but is not a good person to get mad. Josh can be tricked very easily it is one of his weaknesses. He can't stand rude people even though he can be rude at times even when he is not meaning to. Sometimes he can be very stubborn and hard to persuade with anything even if its in a serious matter.

Likes: Friends, his powers, messing around outside of school, and food.

Dislikes: Pain, annoying people, and being proved wrong.

Power: He has the elemntal power of earth, and the power to go invisible which he figured out around the ag of 10 though he doesnt use the power as much as he used to.

History: Was raised as the youngest child out of the Weasley family. He was usually picked on from all of his older brothers but he got used to it after a while. When he first came to Hogwarts he met many friends and was behind on his studies because he would always be out with someone else. At the age of fourteen he left Hogwarts for six months and then returning for only a few weeks before leaving again. He doesnt like to talk about where he has been and why he left. He returned to Hogwarts again at the age of seventeen and is trying to return to his studies and trying to get his life back.

(Thats fine i completley understand  ;) )

He looked as Isabelle and smiled back at her. He turned down a hallway with a sharp turn making a squeaking sound on the floor. His robes and hair flew up as he did so. "Nice and how did you manage to do that?" He said sounding quite impressed. If anything Josh would have failed a year not skipped any. He barley winged it on his fifth year.

Josh seemed to go into a deep sleep. All that was around him were swirling colors. It felt as though he had just entered some new world. He felt more alive than ever he tried to look around but couldn't move. Then all of the colors stopped it was pitch black as though he were in some kind of bottomless pit. A man appeared out of nowhere and beckoned Josh toward him. Josh didn't know what to do so he tried to turn around and run. Everything then slowly turned white. He had no idea what was going on. Then the next thing he knew his eyes were barley open and everything was out of focus. He tried to open his eyes even more but nothing happened. He tried to move his arm but it hardly even twitched. Was he paralyzed? Even if he was he was at a wizard school something could be done about it. It still made him panic inside. The worst feeling was not being able to have control over yourself.

Everything was beginning to come into focus better but there was a black spot in the middle of his vision. This indicated that he had a concussion. He tried to talk but nothing came out. He could feel his lips moving but nothing else. He tried to find Alexis in his eye sight but he couldn't, all he could see was this big black spot in front of him.

Josh gave a half  smile, half puzzled look when Cody spoke in Italian. "I didn't quite catch that." He said half laughing to his newly acquinted nephew. He sat down next to Ginny which was across from Cody. He watched as Ginny and her son exchanged frowns. " So Cody," He said glancing at Ginny then back at him "have you met any of your other fivety seven uncles?" He said chuckling a bit. He observed his little nephew. He had no physical relation to and of the other Weaslys. It didnt look right having someone with black hair to be related to a Weasly. Josh then looked at Sky his hair moving just as much as his head. "Hello, to you as well."

I'm like the uncle who just returned from jail. XD just kidding but stay longer and see if it improves anymore thats just my opinion I'm not going to force you to stay here.

Josh sprung up to grab the branch above him. When he tried to jump to another branch he completely missed. he was swinging wildly as if that was going to bring the branch closer to him. He looked down and notice he was further up then he thought. He fell on another branch making his abdomen hit a branch and breaking that one as he began to fall to the ground.  He landed with a loud thud and was knocked unconscious. Blood began to trickle out of his nose and down the side of his cheek.

Man, don't leave i just got back here. If you leave thats just making it go downhill even more because me and you have agreed on a few things about this forum. It takes time to fix things and I'm not going to just get up and leave again I'm actually going to try and help out newbies so they know how to post.

"Yeah I'll sit with you guys." He responded to Ginny's question. "I would like to get to meet my nephew." He smiled and hugged Ginny again. "Where is he at?" He said looking around. Josh swept the whole room with his eyesight trying to find him. There were a few little kids at one tabel then he saw a little boy sitting with someone he had seen before. He figured that was him but was waiting to follow Ginny to the table.
