i think the 2 and 4 may be true. others all r dross ;)
im not saying it is but possibley the last one is true
numbers 6,7, and 8 I know for a fact are not true because J.K.R said that they're not
numbers 2 and 4 might be true
and the rest just seem pretty improbable
JK Rowling said that some non magicals would out of desperation be forced to use magic at some point in book 7. She also said that she was going to reveal some more things about Aunt Petunia, she did say the non magical using magic would not be her though. That would be interesting if Mrs. Norris or Crookshanks were animagis but I don't think that would be used this late in the series. Maybe in earlier books.
Please explain how desperation has anything to do with it? The whole point of being a Muggle is that you can't use magic. This isn't X-Men, where in times of turmoil the power can come out. Muggles can't use magic, so J.K. won't make them use it.

None of these are true, but something more is definately going to happen with Aunt Petunia. Whether she actually uses magic or not I'm not sure, but I think we'll learn more about her.

i don't think the first one about aunt petunia is true because she hates the fact that her sister was a witch and so is harry :-\
that could be just like her cover though.....so then harry won't know her true powers......and she always sends him to that......argg.....whats her face.....um the squib in there neighborhood!!
