look kiara all u have to do is channel it somewhere else...trust me last year i would get angry over everything! and well i learned to channel my anger...see when i finally mastered it snape was yelling at me and i pictured in my head doing something really evil to him so in myhead i put him in nothing but a pool toy floaty and clown face paint....hehe next morning he was walking down the hall like that ... i laughed so hard!
