Also, Nearly Headless Nick said that he chose to stay behind. If Sirius is given a choice to stay behind with Harry, he will. Theres no way he'll choose to leave Harry behind.

I don't think sirius will come back...(don't hate me)
Look at what Mrs. weasley said, sirius was treating harry the way he would treat james. Not the he's happy he's dead or nething, but now he will be able to see james again...

but with james there, I don't think he'd have the heart to come back.
Also, N.H. Nick said that he was afraid of death when he died.
Since Sirius was in the process of rescuing Harry, He probably wasn't afraid, for the only thought on his mind was that he had to rescue his godson.
I also believe that there may be a way to get him back through the veil, but I don't think Sirius would come back willingly; he would at least have second thoughts about it.

Yes, but once again, you talk about him coming back as a ghost...I don't think that's what I am talking about,,err---ya. I am talking about taking him back across the veil to where he passed through.  *Shrug*  I can't explain, it's to complicated.  Somthing to do with a limbo type world and all.

Dumbledore said that that was the death room, and if you cross into the veil, you would be dead.  How would he cross back over?  Especially if he's dead, he can't come back alive.

1) that this is the department of mysteries were talking about here
2) that this transpires not in the muggle world, but in the wizarding world, where nething could be possible.

Even in the wizarding world you cannot bring someone back to life.  If they could, why doesn't Harry have his parents?

Yes, it is the Department of Mysteries, but if DUmbledore says he's dead, then he is.

And how do we know that Sirius still has his body?  Maybe behind the veil is only souls, and the body disentagrated?

Dumbledore says that no one knows all the things that happen in the department of mysteries, except the unspeakables and by their name, they clearly aren't about to tell.
people can be wrong at least once in a while. Dumbledore was wrong to beleive tom riddle and expel hagrid, was he not???

No one knows.  We can only guess.
