Max and Kiara; Life after Hoggwarts

 "That's because she never did like it when she knew there was som one out there who could potentialy defeat her in an honest battle, some one not quite as pleasant as the rest of the world."  Harry replied.  "You've got a point, so, then what your saying is that this, Migan, fellow, he is going to be a majore problem then?"  Max asked.  Harry shook his head.  "From what I understand, anyway."  He replied.  "Well, then, we had best divise a way around him then, shouldn't we?"  Ron asked.  "It would seem so, yes."  Max stated.  They sat up most of the night, disgussing and forming a plan.  By the first light of the new day, they had figured a way around, Migan, they hoped, but still, none of them could figure out just where, Kiara might be.

 Kiara paced her quarters.  She was more than a little worried now that she had been visited by Migan.  Now that she knew for sure, just who this wizard was, she knew that rescuing her was going to prove a problem, for anyone.  Even if they did manage to find her, they would still have to go through Migan, Kiara's only hope was that they would think like her.  Migan had been trained by the same socerers as she had, perhaps though, for a bit longer.  His training may now, even be more advanced as her own.

    "Well, welcome home Kiara, it's been to long."  Draco said.  He had appesrd behind her, Kiara jumped at the sound of his voice.  "Jump, arn't we?  As well you should be.  I don't take kindly to those who deny me what it is I seek."  Draco continued.  "More threats, Draco?  I would have thought that you'd out grown those, years ago."  Kaira said, as she turned to face him.  Draco smiled.  "Just as sarcastic as always, I see.  Even knowing you have no chance of possibly getting out of here.  You are a brave soul."  Draco replied, a dark and forboding smile crossing his handsom features.  Kiara backed down, she had no idea of his current intentions and really didn't want to provoke him.  She had no way to defend herself from him at this moment.  "That's better.  So, I understand that Migan has informed you of your current status?  So you know, I can pretty much over power you when and if I need to." Draco advanced on her.  Kiara still backed another two paces.  Draco smiled.  "What is it you want from me?"  Kiara asked in a surprisingly calm voice.  "What I want is simply to have you.  I have wanted this from the first time I laid eyes on you.  I told Max, time and time again that he had no business with you.  He wouldn't listen though, now, look where it's gotten us.  Now, I'll have to kill him just so that we can be together.  Now, I have to resort to tricking you into becoming mine.  I didn't ask for this, you and Max put it on me.  You and Max, selfish people you are, it's his fault your here, not mine."  Draco took another stepp forward, Kiara another back.  Draco was becoming more and more angry with every word he spoke, driven by some insane need to have what he seeked.  "I don't want to hurt you Kaira, I shouldn't have to.  Why won't you just relent and become mine, take your place at my side and become that which you are destined to become?  We, could be happy.  You'll understand in time, I'm sure."  Draco took yet another step closer, Kiara was against the wall and could not back away any more.  "Your insane!  I never wanted you and I never will!  Get it through that thick skull of yours, I LOVE MAX!"  She yelled and instantly regretted it.  Draco grabbed her by the thraot.  "You will NOT say that in my presence.  You do NOT love him, You LOVE ME!"  He pushed her against the wall.  Kiara winced as he pushed her head into the wall.  Kaira kicked him ijn the shin.  "Bitc*!"  he yelled as he backed away.  Kaira stepped to the side and bvacked away again.  Draco stood his ground but followed her with his eyes, he started to laugh.  "You know Kiara?  I think I need to teach you a little lesson as to how, you should treat me....Crucio!"  He hit her again with this agonizing ounishment, every muscle tightend in her body, dropping her to the floor.

    Max doubled over, wincing at he pain throug out his body.  Draco had though he put a stop to this connection but the last thing Kiara thought about before he attacked her was, Max.
"GGGRR!  I'm going to rip our heart out and feed it to the dogs!"  Max yelled out as he shakingly stood up.  Now, however, he had a glipms of Kiara's surroundings and although, it was just a glimps of a room.  At least he knew she was close.  He felt that much.  

    Kiara woke up an the ground, her head pounding but atleast, she was alone.  SHe stood up and walked around the room, looking for a way out.  Or atleast, a way to show Max where it was she was.

    "You seem to be looking for somthing Kiara."  Migan sneered from behind her.
Kaira turned quickly around to face him.  The last thing she wanted was to have her back on him.
"Of course I am.  You don't honestly think I'll be sitting around idly whilst you and that deranged mad man have me imprisond here, do you?"  Kiara retirted back at him.
"You are still fighting this, why?  I am to understand that if you give in, you will become the most powerful being on the planet."  Migan stated.
"Some people do't find power, the only thing worth living for Migan.  I would have thought that your lessons with Belgarion would have taught you that.  Oh, I forget, you and Belgarion didn't really get along to well, did you?"  Kiara smiled.  "If I remember correctly, he ended up almost killing you after about a year.  You seemed to think that you could defeat him and attacked him, not the brightest thing you've ever done."  She finished with a chiding smirk.
"Shut up!  You were there, he cheated!  If --"  Kiara cut him off.
"No, he didn't, you were the one who tried to cheat.  He only stopped it.  What ever were you thinking.  Trying to kill the God slayer."  Kiara laughed.
"I could do it now if I so choosed."  Migan said, for lack of anything better.
"Ya, sure you could Migan."  Kaira replied.  Migan dissaperated from the room and Kiara laughed even more.  Knowing she hit the soarest spot she knew of.

    "ok, so we have a sence as to where she is then?"  Harry asked as Max recounted his story.
"Ya, we do.  I get the feeling it's not too far from here.  THe room was old and looked as though it was perhaps made of concrete ---"  He trailed off and a look of knowing crossed his face just as quickly as did Harry.  They looked at each other and smiled.
"We got him......"  Max said with a vicious grin.  Harry had the same, vicious look upon his face.
"So, lets go get him."  Harry said.
"No Harry, you stay with Hermione, if anything should happen and Draco finds out you were there...."  He left it hanging, not wanting to state the obvious.
"Ok, but you should at least get Roin before you go charging into there."  Harry told him.  Max nodded and dissapoerated.

(Chapter 5:  Ministry Interference)

    Max had just arrived at Ron's home when he was suddenly taken from behind by three Ministry officials.
"Sorry Max, we have to take you in.  Fudges orders."  The first one said as they pinned him to the ground.
"Wait!  No not now!  I know where she is.  Come on youknow I'm the only one that can save her.  What is Fudge playing at?"  Max said in an angry voice, just before they dissaperated.

    "Max, my hands are tied in this one.  I warned you that any interference with Draco Malfoy would land you in custody."  Fudge said as he walked around his office, hands cupped behind his back.

    Max was still being held by the three officials whoi brought him in.  THey were not taking any chance of his attacking the Minister to try and escape.

"Look, Fudge -- "  Max growled.  "I know where Kaira is and if you don't let me go and get her, you'll wish you were dead."  He finished.

  "Max, Max, Max, I've got the best people on the case and you can be usured, she will be found in due time.  Take himn out of here."  Fudge motioned for the Officials, holding Max to take him away.

    Max was thrown into a hight security cell.  Not in Azkaban, for he was still a Ministry employee, but Fudge felt he needed to be secured.

    "Stupid --"  Max paced the floor, suddenly, Ron apeared.  He had walked in through the front door.
"Ready to go get her?"  Ron asked at the suprised Max.
"Ya, let's go."  Max said, recovering rather quickly.  He decided he wouldn't ask how Ron did it.  He was a Weasley, after all.  So Max really wasn't too suprised to see him.

(LOL, It is a finished work but I am currently working on a story for all in here, but you must first, put your character discripion in the proprer place in the General section of the board.  ;)  Other-wise, I don;t really know how to write you properly.)

There, I am finally caught up.  I like Kiara, This Max and you seem to have a good relationship in here.  *Smiles devilidhly*  Anyway, please continue, I need to find out what happens, you can tell me or show me at your place later?
