*when finished kissing stands up and decides to join lavender for supper*lets go get something to eat

*nods*yeah, I`m starved. *smiles and they walk down tothe Great Hall*

*reaches the great hall* thank goodness real food i havent eaten in days

same *looks at the food hungerily and sits at the Slytherin table with Brandon*

hey lavender could you get me some of that turkey i cant lift anything* motions towards a partially eaten turkey*

yeah *lifts it and puts in on his plate* ooh, that looks good *takes a peice of jello from the bowl*

thank you * jinxes the fork to pick up bites of turkey and put it in his mouth*

*smiles at him then takes a couple bites of jello, but lets fork fall to plate with a clatter as a boy enters**goes pale in the face and mood sinks like a rock*

*as Patterson advances forward toward her, she stands and walks from the room, tears flowing silenly from her face**walks out to the grounds where snow was falling thickly**walks over to the lake that was now ice and steps slowly upon it to the middle*

waches from window wile patterson gets closer to lav

*they each draw their wands, pointing at eachothers hearst then they both lunge, sending curses flying everywhere, scratching and hitting as much of the other as can**as mist from the spells clear the two are an feet, four feet from eachother, each covered in blood and each shaking fom the cold and the hexes**they each raise their wands and send a curse at eachother, Patterson going sliding across the ice and Lavender going flying into the forest, the branches and trigs ripping her skin as she flys through them, then lands in a particularly rocky area, the impact of the landing making her throat threaten her with throwing up blood**walks, not the way she came, but around as to avoid him, the cold biting her muscles like needles**finally makes it out of the forest behind him and makes him slide across the ice agian before Snape runs out and starts yelling at her, not even bothering with Patterson, a Slytherin*

*brandon seeing the first blow thrown gets the video camera he recieved for christmas and tapes the battle* i knew this would come in handy and snape cant wiggle his student out of this one
