*Raises brow*  Really now?  Wonder who it could be....wanna take a look?

I don`t know who it is.......*stays silent for a moment* humm.....*starts across the grounds to the forest*

*Follows close behind, ready for any suprises that may be out there.*

*pulls out wand as stepps into a clearing, coming across a man about four years older than them both**mouth something and mouth drops as he mouths something just as rude back**ducks, barely being missed from a spell, and sends one right back** is taken by surprise as he returns the spell quickly and goes flying out of the clearing**hears im dissaprate and stands where had been thrown o muttering angrily**eyes widen as hears slight footsteps coming from behind her, then feels a sharp pain in the back of head and falls to knees**eye and hearing goes in and out of focus and can`t figure out what he is saying, blood trickling down neck and from a slash on arm* :Your parents.......A shame...........Potters, why don`t......Lavender why don`t... *puts hand to fore-head and is able to hear his last sentence*: Why don`t you join Voldamort and gain power eh? *shakes head but can`t hear the last of his words**looks up as he dissaprates agian and blinks, but can`t focus the scene still**scoots to a tree ind leans up aginst it, looking as if nothing was wrong, but still can`t focus in on anything at all*

*Had lost her for a few moments, heard the fighting and rushes over, too late, of course.  Seea her and walks carfully over.  KNeel sdown at her side*  Are you going to be ok?

*blinks then looks at him, only hearing the ``going to be` part* What?? *blinks yet agian and stands, then shakes head**walks up to Pomfreys Wing and is cured and yelled at, to be expected**sighs deeply as walks back town the stairs with hands in pockets to the Ravenclaw Common Room, knowing it is usually quiet in there, and sits comfortably on the couch*

*Was sitting quietly reading a book when she shows up.  Hadn't been allowed in with her at the hospital wing.  Looks up as she come in*  Hey...

*smiles warmly* hey *scoots next to him* what are ya readin?

*Returns her warm smile with one of his own*  Oh, this?  It's just a wizard chess manual, I have a turnament coming up this weekend.  *Laughs a little*

oh really? Well we`d better make shure you practice now don`t we?*laughs and reads a few lines, then eyes drift to the burning fire*

*was watching her and not the book and follows her gaze to the fire*  Mezmorising, isn't it... *States more than asks.*  Hey, are you going to be ok?  Who was that, do you have any clue?

Avery. *looks at him with a sad look* I hate him, he-...*drifts off and a expression of anger, fright, and depression comes to her eyes**stares at the stone floor*

*Puts his arm gently, around her shoulders and listens, nothing more, simply listens to her.*

*fels that can trust him not to go blabbing about her past**looks up at him* he killed alot of my friends in my league *shakes head* He always tries to make me join Voldamort, the idiot, I really don`t know what his problem is... *sighs and lays head on his shoulder*

*Puts his arm around her protectively, a little angry that this Avery would continue to hurt her like this*
