Have you ever tried to get people to hug you at a rock concert? That is fun.

As for teachers, I only hug my band director. He's wicked cool, and more of a big kid than a teacher. Plus, you get to know a teacher more if you are with them every day for class, and then after school for marching band and at night for winter percussion...

It is nice to have someone who will sign your cut slips for you, and the administration wont ask questions. ;D
