September 19th -- Well, things seem to be going well as of late.  I haven't had any relapses and gone into that stupid room.  Max, of course, always seems t be right there at my side, any time I even look up those stairs, leading to the West Tower.  

I understand, I know he's just looking out for me and all that but still, at times, it does become irritating.  Alas, I would rather it be him than any one else.  At least I know he does it because he loves me and for no other reason.

Dumbledore called me into his office yesterday.  He wanted to talk. that's all, just talk.  He asked me all sorts of questions concerning my trip into "my room"  but seemed uninterested about it really....I think he was just trying to check me out psychologically....

Today, We go into Hogsmead.  I can't wait.  I want some more sweets, and there is no other place I can think of where I can get anything I want.  MAN, I love Hogsmead.   Max and I are going to the shrieking shack again.  I have to giggle at this point because you all know why.  I only hope that this time, we are not interrupted by a very brave but stupid Draco Malfoy.  

Well, I will try and write to you again as soon as we get back from our trip.  I think, I will get some more ink too, I seem to be writing more as of late.  Perhaps also, it might have to do with all the essays we keep getting assigned.  Well, at any rate, I'll write later....

September 19th -- Well, I'm back, and I do have something of interest to write to you about...

Max and I were sitting in the Three Broomsticks When I saw some one odd, kinda hiding in between the buildings outside.  The character had his hood drawn and seemed to be watching the bar.  I pointed him out to Max and we both decided to keep an eye on him.

Well, after what seemed a very long time;  Max and I had time to finish two Butter Beers, I decided to go and find out who this guy was..  Max wasn't too happy about it but I told him to watch from the bar and let me go alone.  He can be so aggressive at times.  He loves aggressive negotiations.  So, I walked out of the building alone and went into the alley, this guy was in and walked up to him, tapped him on the shoulder and introduced myself.

The guy spun around with amazing speed, holding his wand out to my chest and glared at me for a moment.  All I could do was produce a smile.  I think this caught him off guard.  He thingyed his head to the side and lost his glare then lowered his wand and smiled too.

"Lady Kiara"  He said then nodded in greeting.  This took me a little off guard, both his knowing my name and using Lady, in front of it.  I asked him how he knew my name then waited for a response.  A response that never came for as soon as he greeted me, he disappeared.

I hope to see him again, I want to know who this stranger is and why he knows me.  He obviously has no intentions of fighting me but seems to watch me, constantly.  I noticed his eyes on me again as I walked, confused, back to Max and the waiting butter beer at our table.  I did not see him again.

Well, Max and I continued with our plans for the day and I told him, as we walked to the shack, that we were being watched.  Max seemed to have little concern in the matter, told me that if the guy had any intentions of trying to harm, either of us, that we could deal with him and that we should just try and ignore this for the moment and wait, to see when we could have the opportunity to "meet"  the guy again...

So, that's pretty much what happened at Hogsmead.  No, Draco didn't show his face in the shack this time and Max and I were pretty much left to ourselves to do as we pleased. (Insert a big smile and a blush here.)

I will write again as soon as I have some interesting news.  I need to go to the library now and finish my essay on how the Ogres won the battle against the wizard, Worland in 1859.  Hermione and I are working on it together.  By for now...

September 21st -- Harry once told me about the time he kept hearing voices in the school, it turned out to be a Basilisk and the reason he was the only one to hear tit was that he was a parceltongue.    Well, Like wise, I have been hearing a voice.  I no not where it comes from but I am sure I will find out.  I haven't told Max about it, or any one for that matter, I don't want to until I know for sure it is something that is truly there and not just some left over trauma from last years fight with my father.  But you already know all about that from my 6th years Journal so I won't go into details.  

Our report, mine and Hermiones, got top marks.  I am so glad she chose me to partner with.  She is such the genius when it comes to research and the like.  I learned a lot from working with her.  Thanks Hermione.  Now I know exactly why she is so loved by both Harry and Ron.  She is just too great.  She loves to help people and loves to have fun too.  Of course, I think that Harry and Ron had a lot of doing in corrupting her when they first met.  Those two are dangerous at times.  However, I wouldn't take them any other way.

Oh hang it all, I've got to go, I almost forgot that I was meeting Ron, Harry and Max for a night stroll around the grounds.  Ok, we're out to play a prank on the Ravenclaws.   They pulled one on Gryffindor the other night and now, it's our turn.  

What's that you say?  You thought that Slytherin and Gryffindor didn't get along?  Well, that's not the case any longer.  Not since Me and Harry put an end to it.  Sure, we are still great rivals but, it is done all in sport now and you mess with my brothers house....your messing with mine.  TTFN...

September 21st-- I am sooo laughing my little arise off just now.  You should have seen it!  The Ravenclaws will forever be getting rid of ants in their house.  Harry is an absolute genius! I am so glad he's on our side.
Well, it's to the showers for me, I am so covered in mud.  I'll write to you again later.  TTFN...

September 26th --  Ok, I know it's been a while but you will just have to forgive me.  My mood isn't the best just now so I suppose it's a good thing you can't talk back...

The last week was a week of hell indeed.  I went to Hogsmead again and this time, Max and I ran into that mysterious man, you know, the one I told you about before. Well at any rate.  His name is Slade.  Evidently, he has been hired by some organization to keep an eye on me...Great!  Just what I need, yet another guardian to try and avoid when I want to be left alone.

At any rate, I got really tired of him calling me Lady Kiara so I let him know just what I thought about his watching me all the time and he just laughed at me.  Max was no help!  It seems he's happy to have yet another watcher out there.  GRRR!  MEN!  

Slade refuses to tell me where or rather who he works for.  Yet another annoyance.  All I could get out of him was that I am to be watched at all times.  Now, some of you might think this is not such a bad thing however, you have to look at it from my point of view here.  After all, I am just a 17 year old girl with things I want left secret....  I am however, absolutely glad that Slade is on our side.  I don't think I have ever felt such power coming from any one single person before.  It's almost scary.  Even our mighty Dumbledore has not the power of this. Sorcerer?  I do not know what to call him, for he just simply smiles when I ask.  Grrr.  He is certainly very annoying.
