*Pauses in the air at his Kaira comment then shakes her head thinking it's impossible then takes off after him, catching up easily enough*

You love her don't you?  Don't worry...I'm not around to take her away from you, I 'm not like the shadow that sleeps with in her.

*smiles gently,then flinches at the shadow comment*what?!she's still in there?

*Looks sadly at Max then smiles, a truely angelic smile that could melt an ice-berg.*

The shadow sleeps with in her yes, but she is not the sme.  She seems to be changing, I fear soon, even i won't be able to fight her off.  She's turning into something...almost as if she waiting for something to happen.  No Max, she never did die, you can't kill a shadow, only block it from the light for a time....beware the future, something will happen to set this new creature alive, and  am afraid of it, do not tell Kaira, she needs not to worry about htis just now, she's too happy.  Let her dream for a while longer.

*Kalista turns from Max then, ending the conversation and dives toward the great gate of hadies and burst through it's doors, knocking the great guardian, Cerubus to the ground all ion one fell swoop.  She pauses and turns to Max and smiles*

I always hated htat Dog.

*Raises a brow, much the same as Kaira would have then shakes her head and smiles*

I'll take that as a compliment.

*She lands gracefully on the ground and walks, her bare feeet making no sound, her wings folded neatly behind her, into a cave, leading down to the devil's lair

*follows suit* *looks around,a horrible memory creeping into his mind* -*shiver slightly*

*as they walk down the corridor of the cave, hands seem to shoot from the walls, trying their best to grast hold of the intruders.  Kalista finaly tires of dodging them, stops, growls then the walls suddenly burst into flames.*

*Smiles, although Max can't see it then turns a corner and stops, just at the entrance to the devil's lair.  He is sitting on his dias and he looks very displeased to see her.*

*Kalista walks, uncaring and unfrightened to the foot of his throne.*

*looks at the devil,a bit afraid but holding his gorund*

D-  No kalista, what I posses is mine, not yours.  You lost it the moment you decided to turn away from me.  I killed you then, what makes you think I will not kill you now?

*His voice would send chills down the backs of normal men but Kalista growls.*

No old man, you will not kill me, I posses somthing that you desire more than anything else.  Look inside of me Devil, finsd what i posses then tell me you won't give me my soul back.

*stares at kalista*wh-*stops in mid sentence*

*The Devil hisses in anger and Kalista is thrown into a wall, pinned to the spot.  She laughs*

You found her, didn't you old man.  You found what you seek.  nOw, give me what I want, and I'll go away.
