lol I noticed something:
in the 1st movie, when Harry, Ron, and Hermione are talking to Hagrid about Fluffy and they're all outside, Hagrid mention Nicholas Flamel and Harry goes, "Nicholas Flamel?" and when he says it, he goes like cross-eyed and his voice is really high... like a girl lol.

Yeah that's what happened in the book but in the movie, the hat wasn't even fully on his head before it said "SLYTHERIN!"
