Learning how to love, a Ron and Hermione Romance

Ok, heres my newest fic, hope you like it!

Ron sat in a corner of the Common Room, scanning his eyes around the room, looking for any sign of his friends. Harry went to meet a few friends from Ravenclaw that he was doing a project with, though Ron had no idea what it was. Hermione had gone to the library, of course and Ginny was with her latest boyfriend, whom Ron thought was probably in Slytherin because she had refused to tell him who it was. He listened and heard Dean, Seamus and Neville talking about some girl in Hufflepuff that Seamus was thinking of asking out and he saw a few first years playing a game of Wizards Chess. He saw the Creevy brothers working on what looked like a picture of Harry, that they were trying to somewhat combine with a picture of them to make it look like they were in the picture with him. Ron laughed at this. He had tried to do his Potions homework, but he didn't understand it. So he was going to wait for Hermione to get back to help him with it. It was another excuse for him to be around her, lately that's all he wanted to do, be with Hermione, and he didn't understand why.

He heard the Common Room door open then close, but he didn't look to see who it was. Before he knew it Hermione was sitting next to him on the arm of the arm chair that he was sitting in.
"Hey." she said. She looked down and saw the scattered pieces of parchment on the ground next to him with his Potions book next to them, "Did you finish the essay?" she asked him. She leaned over him and picked up the longest piece of parchment. She was so close, he took a deep breath in, he could smell her shampoo, it smelt like watermelon. She got back up and Ron sighed, but she didn't notice because she was reading his essay.
"Ron," she told him, "this isn't right. Here, let me help you." she picked up a quill and started writing little notes next to his writing. Ron smiled.
"Thanks Hermione." he told her.

"Bye guys!" Harry said as headed back to the Common Room. He was walking down a corridor, when he saw a flash of red hair turn the corner in front of him. Harry ran after her.
"Ginny!" he shouted. The figure stopped and turned around. She waved and waited for him to catch up.
"Hey Harry." she said when he did. Harry just looked at her.
"Gin, where have you been, and who with?"
"Harry, you don't need to know where I am every minute of the day. You're almost as bad as Ron." Harry shook his head at her.
"You are being really secretive lately." he told her.
"I know Harry, but I think you guys are just gonna have to trust me on this one. I'll tell you when I'm ready." Harry sighed.
"Ginny, just promise me you aren't doing something that's gonna get you in trouble." he said.
"Harry," she told him, "Trust me." [/color] [/b]

Ron had just finished fixing his essay when Harry and Ginny walked through the door. Ron looked at them. He wondered if Harry could be Ginny's boyfriend, but Harry was dating some girl in Ravenclaw, Sarah he believed her name was. He put the thought out of his head, Harry would have told him.
"Harry, over here!" Ron shouted. Harry looked around, spotted him and waved. He headed over to where Ron and Hermione were sitting, Ginny followed. 
"Where have you guys been?" Hermione asked.
"Well, I was with...Well you know Hermione." Ginny said.
"I was with my Defense against the Dark Arts group, from Ravenclaw. We were working on our project." Harry said. Ron looked from Hermione to Ginny and back again, the he asked.
"Hermione, you know who Ginny is dating?" Ginny gasped a looked at Hermione, she muttered,
"Oh no." Hermione looked at Ginny, who then nodded her head.
"Yes, Ron I do." Ron's face turned red.
"Ginny, why won't you tell me?" he asked.
"Ron, do you trust me?" Ginny asked him, looking directly in his eyes.
"Of course I do." he said.
"Good, then lets just leave it at that." she got up and walked away. Hermione followed after her.

Ginny sat down on a couch, and Hermione sat next to her.
"Ginny, when are you going to tell them?" she asked.
"Tell them what?" Ginny asked.
"About Draco!" Hermione whispered. Ginny turned around quickly to make sure no one had heard.
"When the time is right, Hermione. Draco and I don't want anyone to know right now, he doesn't even know that you know. It would be to dangerous to let everyone know right now."  Ginny whispered back.
"Gin, do you love him?" Ginny looked at her smiling,
"Yeah, I do."

"What are they talking about?" Ron asked staring over at them."
"Does it matter?" Harry asked back.
"Yeah, it does. I wanna know who she is dating, I don't want her to get hurt." Harry shook his head at him.
"You have to trust her, you know."
"I know I do." Ron said.

The next morning Ron woke up before Harry and went into the Common Room. Hermione was sitting down reading a book. She heard footsteps and looked up.
"Oh, hey Ron." she said. Ron yawned,
"Hey." he said back.[/b][/color]

New update,

"Did you sleep well?" Hermione asked him.

"Yeah. What about you, Hermione?" he asked.

"Amazing." she said.

Before he could figure out what she meant Harry walked downstairs.

"Morning guys." he said.

"Hey Harry." Hermione said smiling and blushing.

Harry felt uncomfortable with Hermione smiling like that.

"Hermione? What are you smiling at?" he asked.

She blushed even more.

"Nothing." she said blushing even more.

Ron just looked at the two of them. Getting this feeling, jealousy, he couldn't deny it, in the pit of his stomach.

"I'm going down for breakfast." he said in an angry voice.

He stormed out of the room and ran down the corridor. When he thought no one could hear him, he let out a scream.

Harry stared at the door.

"What's wrong with him." he asked Hermione.

"I don't know." she said.

Ginny and Draco were outside, under a tree, where no one could see them. Ginny leaned her head onto his shoulder and he kissed her forehead.

"I love you, Ginny." he told her.

As soon as the words escaped his mouth, he blushed. He had never been able to say those words to anyone before, not even his own family. Ginny smiled as she heard the words.

"I love you too, Draco. I've never been happier than when I'm with you." she told him.

Draco laughed.

"Gin, don't kid yourself. I'm not that special." he said.

"Yes, Draco you are. Anyone who doesn't see that is stupid." she said.

She was making him blush, hard.

"Thanks." he said, he didn't know what else to say.

"No problem." she said, smiling.

"Ron?" Hermione said.

She had been walking through a corridor and she saw him. He spun around, his face was red.

"Hermione, I'm sorry about this morning." he said.

"Ron, what happened this morning?" she asked him.

"Hermione, I really don't know." he said, the tears starting to fall from his face, he really didn't know what happened to him.

Hermione saw him crying and she hugged him,

"It's ok Ron, you don't have to tell me." she said.

Ron was surprised by her actions and he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Thanks, Hermione." he said.

"For what?" she asked.

"For always being here for me." he said.

He pulled out of the hug and leaned in and kissed her. After about five seconds he pulled apart, he face was as red as his hair,

"I'm sorry, Hermione." he said.

He ran down the corridor.

"I'm not." Hermione whispered after he left."

"I can't believe I did that." Ron muttered to himself, open up the Common room door.

"Did what?" he heard someone ask.

Ron looked around the room.

"Oh, hey Neville. Nothing." he said.

Neville nodded.

"Ok, well if you're sure." Neville said.

Ron nodded and went up to the dorms. He flopped himself on the bed and screamed into his pillow. 

"This girl is gonna drive me crazy." he mumbled.
