Well, I think they are all really good characters (it takes a while to develope them, you know!!) But I don't know who would really be the most annoying...Rita Skeeter was pretty annoying....but personally, I think Colin Creevey might be the most annoying. :);

I voted Rita Skeeter and not Lockhart only cuz even though he is a pompus  jacka...erm i mean donkey he was much more likeable when his memory was gone.  :D
