Leo quickly walks over, he looks a bit distressed.

"I am so sorry for not being here. I did not expect you to be here until tomorrow." He looks over at the children staring. "Does someone want to give the new students a tour of the school?"

All the children shake thier heads.

"Well I guess I'll just recruit one of you." He looks them over then decides. "John, go a show them the school"

John looks at them and swears under his breath.

'What did you say"

John-"Nothing sir." He turns to Harry and his friends. "This way please." He says leading them down a hall.

Ginny really didn't like this kid John. In fact, she really didn't like any of these students. But she did feel that Payne was beginning to get a little obnoxiouse.
"Payne, come back and walk with me, okay?"

Payne walked beside Ginny,"Sorry about that.Guess I kinda blew that way over the top."She sighed and shook her head."Just some personal problems you know."She smiled,"It's no big deal."

~Mmmm...~ Lavender uttered in a quiet, thought reply.
She watched the back of this 'John's' head scowling slightly, though her features showed no absolute emotion; simply, glimpses flickered here and there of actual feeling. Her green eyes, faded as they seemed to be, stared with a renewing wariness.

John stopped beside two large wooden door. When everyone caught up he opened the doors. "This is the gym. In here we practice our magic. We are not aloud to use magic outside of this room until Leo or another teacher clears us of having control over it. If you want you can take a look around inside." His words are forced and sounded liked he was just repeating a speech.

~Do you guys want to go in?~ Harry sent to all of his friends.

Lavender stepped, no, she was seemingly pulled, into the room as John was speaking, walking past him without the slightest of recognition. Her eyes wandered, taking in every detail of the room. Her fingers gently sat upon the stone wall of which she leaned to for support. Her head tilted slightly, as she watched a small group of littluns in the corner, practicing an odd assortment of magics.
~What are we here for, again?~ She sent to John, though in a rather light thought.
She had not spoken aloud in a week or so, and this she would continue. Thoughts were a lot easier for her at this time.

Even though John was used to people who could read and project into peoples minds he was still surprised that someone outside school could. Even with the surprise John did not show it. "Do you mean the gym or this tour?" John said since he has to mental power of his own.

An evil glint appears in Johns eyes if only for a second. "Why don't we go inside and I'll tell you all there." ~If something happens to these exchange students Leo will get fired. Then that fool would be gone forever.~ John thinks to himself.

"Sure, why not." Harry didn't seem to see or hear what was going on in John's head.

~Lead, then,~ she replied shortly, not missing his thought, and becoming amused slightly, in the way of it. She followed behind John, her eyes, though only for a second or so, flashing a dangerous grayish black, their colors returning to greens at her harsh scolding. Her eyes gave hints to her little control over most her powers at the time, which were intermingling with her feelings.
~Surely nothing could happen.~ She hissed.
