Yes Shelby, the Petition won't work.  It gives out waaay too much personal information and it clearly states that doing that is against the Policy.  
And if you have a Scottish or Irish accent, you can still try out.  Sean Biggerstaff had a Scottish accent.
Plus, I don't think that the Producers of the movie are going to listen to American tweens and teens.  Sorry to say.

Yes, but for a real petition to work, you have to have the personal information.  If you made one at a site or something, then it might work.
