(Note:This is right before Josh's 5th year)

Josh got ready to go back to Hogwarts.A Owl came flying through the window and dropped a badge in his bag."What the.."On the badge it said 'Prefect.'

"Good job Josh."

[Josh Weasley]

"Thanks i guess.I just dont know how i got to be Prefect."He put the badge on his robe.

"Oh, well you are now." Lavvy said shugging her shoulders

"Well im outta here."He closed his trunk and took his floo powder and handed some to Lavy."Platform 9 3/4"

"Thanks. See you in a few." Lavy said as Josh dissappered.

There he was at 9 3/4 he boarded his train and picked a corridoor.

Lavy walked in a few minutes later. "Hummm...at least it's a nice day."

Josh kicked his door when he saw Lavy."In here!"

Lavy walked in and closed it again. "What was that about?" she asked as she sat acroos from Josh.

"Malfouy and Neville are fighting im about to go stop it."He walked out and shut the door behind it.When he got to Malfouy he split Neville and Malfouy apart.
Malfouy:"What are you gonna do Weasley?Sneeze on me?"
Josh:"In case you havent noticed i have the right to put you in detention and itll be with your favorite teacher."
Malfouy:"Yeah who would that be?"
Josh:"Mrs.Trealaway."
Malfouy Pulled out his wand and before he knew it Josh was on the floor.
Josh:"Ha!Have fun in detention.Potrificus Totalus!"

Lavy watched the whole thing. "Boys." she said helping Josh up. "Have to show how much power they have."

"Are you talking about me?"Josh said picking up Malfouy and shoving him in a corridoor.

"Josh! Stop it!"

"What? Thats the coridoor he was in."
