you know the guy with the tongue problem, hes always whipping it out and he licks his cheek lol. He was the guy who used the poly juice potion and turned into mad eye moody in the 4th book. He killed his father and did some pretty evil stuff but not even close to bellatrix or voldemort or the bigger badies!
