Hermione couldn't believe her ears, what?, him like her?, she paused for a momment, he wasn't lying, or being sarcastic.


'Erm , Malfoy-Draco, what about those threat notes?'

'I didn't mean in a harsh way, Granger, besides, I've never hated you'

'Well then drop the Granger part, Hermione please'

'Alright Hermione, I was going to ask you.

'Will you go to the ball with me?"

this hit Hermione hard, she promised Harry for the Chirstmas one, then.....

'I'm already going with someone' Said Hermione softly, trying not to her his feelings.

'Erm-Can we go steady?'

Hermione thought , Draco malfoy: My boyfriend, Well I hate to admit he is turning nice.......but...waht about..?


'But we would have to keep it Secret'

'Hermione, no, i don't care if they Slytherins find out, they do bother me you know.' Said Malfoy.

Hermione silently agreed.

'Well bye' said Malfoy.

Malfoy went over to her and gave her a firnedly hug...

Hermione glanced back and went up to Gryffindor Tower.

Hermione found her self in the Gryffindor Common Room, talking to Harry,Ron Ginny and Emily.


"So? Who are you guys taking the Yule Ball?" Asked Ron, Emily was scarlet, but didn't say anything, along with Ginny to, Hermione decided no to tell them about her and 'Draco'.


Ron said: 'I'm taking Em- no one to the ball' said Ropn absentmindly.

'Chh Chang' Harry finally said.

Ginny looked ambushed.


'Erm Seamus Finnigan' Ginny muttered.

'ooooooooooooo' said Emily.

Ginny frowned.

'Oh Gin, I'm just joking' said Emily

Ginny forced a smile.

Hermione glanced at her wathc it was 10:45 p.m,' Oh, I'm going to the Girls dorms , bye!' Hermione called, Emily raised her eyesbrows.


'Erm,. Wahtever is is, i'm going see you!' said Ginny, pushing her hair away from her face, and also rushing to the girls droms.



Emily looekd at Giny with a, -Why-are-yku-leavingme here, type of look.

emily didn't say anything, she ran up the stairs.
