Very Bored

[Neo]

Neo looked at her in disbelief. "You mean that kid's the next Minister? He can't be, he's too young!" Neo ordered his Deltas to prepare the funerals of their fallen comrades, and they ran off to obey. Neo looked back at Lavy. "Why did you want to bring that kid here anyway?"

Lavy rolled her eyes. "Not him. His oldest son is like 20 something, but anyways.... I brought him because now we can use him against the Minister-to-be, since you killed his father."

[Neo]

Neo grinned. "Have I told you how much I love you?"

[LavyBrown]

Lavy smiled. "Yes, many times why?"

[Neo]

"Nothing dear, nothing." He moved to put his arm around her, but stopped, remembering his promise. "Its just nice to have you here with me. Burying these people is not going to be easy. They were some of my original supporters. I knew them extremely well for many years..." he looked away and sighed. "But I guess we all knew what we were getting into" he said quietly, and began to walk to his office with his head bowed low.

"Oh, now I see that your begining to act like me. You just called me dear." Lavy said waling up next to Neo.

[Neo]

Neo smiled but said nothing.

"I'm happy I'm here with you too by the way." Lavy said looking behind her for a second and then turning back around.

[Neo]

Neo saw her turn. "What is it?" he asked.

"Just a werid feeling, nothing to worry about."

[Neo]

Neo stopped. Whenever Lavy had a "weird feeling" something was wrong. He closed his eyes and concentrated. Suddendly he turned around and wipped out his wand and a green burst flew out of it, and an invisible Auror fell down, lifeless. "Must have Side-along-Apperated with us without me realising it. There's no more though." And he continured walking, leaving the body on the ground.

Lavy shrugged and cought up with Neo. "Must have. But anyways......"

[Neo]

Suddendly there was a gonging sound. The funeral was about to start. Neo looked up and sighed. Then he lifted his head up high, straightened up, raised his hood and motioned for Lavy to walk beside him, then he led the way to the middle of the cave, where the bodies had been placed on mounds of wood, and everyone was assembeled to pay their respects. Neo walked to a raised platform and raised his arms up, so that they were equal to his shoulders. The room became even quieter. "Our comrades have fallen in battle. Our friends have fallen in battle. These were some of the Originals, and they have given the ultimate sacrifice for our cause. Honor them and cherish their memory, and may their sacrifice not be in vain, but instead drive us further towards final victory. HONOR THEM!" And with that, a colum of hooded people came forward with lighted torches and moved in lockstep towards the row of mounds. They paused and in unison raised their torches up high and then slowly brought them back down, and began to move forward, each to their own mound. Then, still in unison, they lite the mounds and the wood slowly began to burn. They extinguished their torches and steped back into the crowd. Then, Neo, and the entire crowd went down on one knee and put their fist over their hearts, and waited like that, each one lost in their thoughts, until long after the fires had burned out, and only embers remained. Finally, Neo got back up and walked towards his office, and one by one, the crowd began to scatter. Neo reached his office, and walked in, and then shut the door behind Lavy, and then he sat down in his chair by his desk and put his face in the palms of his hands.

Lavy took a deep breath. "I haven't been to a funeral in years."

(lol, thanks i guess. was that a compliment?)

"I wish I had that kind of luck" he said sarcasticly, without looking up.
