Payne walked softly toward Lavy,"Lavy? I'm not going to hurt you. That guy is gone now. You're safe."

"It's never safe. He's always here. He always hurts me." Lavy said curling up into a small ball.

Payne bent down beside Lavy."You'll be safe with me. I won't let him hurt you."She smiled weakly at Lavy.

"Don't hurt me please! I'm sorry I wont do it again! I swer, I promise, I promise. I wont, I wont, I wont." Lavy screamed covering her face.

Payne removed Lavy's hands from her face."Listen to me. You are like the sister I never had,Lavs. I would never,ever,ever hurt you."

Lavy closed her eyse as tight as she could get them. "I know what your going to do, so just get it over with fast. That's all I ask."

Payne just sat infront of Lavy. She decided to just wait.

Lavy looked up, her eyes blood shot. "Your not going to hurt me?" She said in a voice that was alittle highter.

"Nope."Payne said shaking her head.

"Why. They always come just for that."

"Cause I've come to save you. I don't hurt my friends."

[LavyBrown]

Lavy wiped away the tears. "Really? No one's ever saved me before."

"Well than I'll be the first."Payne smiled.

Lavy smiled back. "I'm glad I don't have to save myself this time."

"Yeah. Now let's go. This place is starting to freak me out."Payne got up and held out her hand to help Lavy up.
