"Those after me. Vampires, or whatnot, as you say. Perhaps just those whom come after me during the night. I might not mind the day. Good nights rest you know, does the body good."

There was a flicker of a grin, then, nothing upon the almost inhuman features.

So if you know me you might have a vampier coming after you in the middle of the night." Lavy said darkly glaning at the forest.
(Leading him on, huh?  :P Night Lavy. )

"Alright, then," Xaver mumbled.
It was a time before he moved, rock muscles rippling as he sat up, and slid back into the depths of the icy water. He shivered, but sank to the bottom, swimming amongst the seaweed and darker of water things, before reemerging, and again floating lazily upon his back.

"Well then, you know all about me. So tell me about yourself."

[Xaver]

"There is nothing to know, really," he replied lightly. "I am now a resident and student of Hogwarts. That is pretty much all."

"Oh, don't play that game with me. Everyone has something to tell."

[Xaver]

"Games, Milady. I like to play games. And I am sorry, but you must play along to win the prize. I do not usually just explain my life's purpose to another I have just met. And in one way, might I say, you are not correct. I know little of you - but as I said, I like to play games. To learn more than what the late headmaster has taught me, I must... befriend? Yes, that is the word."

Xaver tipped his head back to let the cold water run over his closed eyelids, yawning a bit.

"Fine." Lavy said shrugging her shoulders. "I'll play along seeing how I have nothing better to do at the moment."

Xaver lifted his head and growled, sticking his tongue out toward the surface, where Lavy was. A funny sight - a Fallen prince sticking his tongue out, teasing. But he'd never been normal.

"Ha ha."

Lavy's eyes turned black. "Do that again and I'll rip it out." her eyes turned back to blue.

A dark smirk jerked his features, as he relaxed back to the waters. The girl amused him. But in an interesting way. He had no intention of delving into his old ways here. This place was nice. The humans actually had sense of humor. And for a fallen one to have to prank others alone for so long a time, jokesters were facinating.
