Rain

(ok,I was thinking of a way to introduce my charecter and I thought about being on the train,but alas, someone has already thought of that. Guess I won't be unpredictable yet.)

Psy looked out of the window of the train. It was raining cats and dogs(and he could have sworn that a saint bernard that looked suspiciously like Cujo landed on him) so he couldn't open the window. The temperature and humidity was enough to make people from the Amazon want to go skinny deeping.So he was content to just glare at the rain until it stopped.

"You know, if you don't have the power of the element water, glaring at the rain like that won't make it stop."

Ginny leaned against the doorframe, smiling slightly. Her bright red hair was loose, and she already wore her Hogwarts uniform. At sixteen, she was very pretty, but also very powerful and smart. Her eyes scanned the room and lingered on Psy's head, as though she could see straight into his mind, which, as a matter of fact, she could. She held a book on Romainia in her hand.

"Ehhh...I can try can't I? You know,it's my fault the weather is like this. I got mad and my powers went outta control."Psy smiled at her,"My name is Psy,though I think you already know that."He tapped his temple lightly.

Ginny smiled again.
"Ginny Weasly. Ruler of the forest, and third most powerful psychic at school, do you how do?" She laughed softly for a second then grinned.

"I think it's alot of peoples faults for the rain. I was angry at someone, so that threw in my power over water, plus yours, plus a few other peoples. Mind if I sit here for a while?"

Ginny laughed.
"Yes, a book on Romainian History. I wanna see if Conan or I are mentioned."

She went and sat down in the seat, still laughing a bit.

"Wow,that's cool."Psy looked out the window. The rain had turned into a light shower so he pulled the window open and stuck his head out. His jet black hair was instantly wet but he didn't care. A few minutes later,he pulled his head back in but left the window open.

Even though a bit of the rain spalshed on Ginny, she didn't take notice, as it seemed to sink right into her skin. She smiled at Psy.

"What year you in?" She asked.

"6th,I skipped two years because..."Psy cleared his throat,"I'm special."

"Psychic, huh? Your not bad at some of the stuff either." Ginny said, looking past him and at the seat. She sighed slightly and looked him in the eyes.

"Trust me, it'd be easier for you to just stay in your year, with kids your age. Anyway, you might be in some of my classes, but I normally don't go to classess. " She said, her small frown fadeing.

"I don't think I'd do well with the kids my age. Maybe it's just cause of my experiences but I'd rather be with the 6th years. It's...easier."Psy's red eyes held sadness in them. He shook his head and shut the window. "But I'm okay. You said something about being one of three psychics. Who are the others?"

"Max Johnson, he's in seventh, and Brian (he never gave a last name) he's also in seventh. Wr've been doing this stuff since we started school here, and they are the only ones able to get past my largest block." She smiled.

"You're pretty strong too, but it'll take you some practice to get past my blocks." She winked at him and laughed. She leaned back, yawing slightly and pulled a pouch off her waist. She reached in, and thought the bag was no bigger then her fist, her arm went in up to her elbow.

"Hungry?"

"Yeah. Haven't eaten in a few days."Psy smiled at Ginny. He was used to people saying he was powerful but than again,he was from Georgia. A powerful psychic saying it was much better than a doctor.
