Nother Future One

She squealed, compleatly caught off guard.
"Tavis! Put me down!" She said, trying to be stern, but couldn't help but smile. Her orb glowed again, for Tavis was someone she saw about once or twice a year, and he was her friend.

Lavy rolled her eyes and waved her hand. The mud disappered. "Hello, Travis, looking a bit dirty today are we?"

"Ah, but don't you like to fly, baby Wintry?" he returned, grinning.
Wintry was to him a little sister. He wished he saw her more often. She was like family.
He gently shrugged the shoulder she sat upon, popping her up though, and caught her as she fell, spinning her to sit upon his other shoulder, merely.
He grinned at Lavy.
"Thanks. Yea, the team decided to play merry-go-round with my robes.."

He turned and snarled at the remainder of the team in the common room, whom hurredly 'departed', his lingering threats still fresh in their minds. After they left, Tavis chuckled, shook his head, removed Wintry's shoe, and tickled the bottom on her foot.

"Don't call me a baby! And stop it!" She said, laughing and squirming.
"You snot-faced-toad-stool!" She said in one breath, still laughing. She hadn't been able to think of anything else to call him, since she lived a pretty sheltered life.

Lavy smiled at the two. "Oh, the memories being on the team."

"You, are mean," he chuckled, setting his features to a mock pout. He waved his hand, and her shoe returned to her foot, and he tied it neatly. "And you, are a boogey mouthed dragon terd."

Tavis laughed heartily, and pulled from his pocket a perfect, in shape and smell, rose, though it was chocolate. Just like Lavender made them. He set it into her hand, picked her up under the arms and set her gently onto her feet.

"There you go, booger face."

"So, have you started on the report I gave out yesterday?" Lavy asked.

"Thank you." She said, smiling, still holding the chocolat rose. She smiled at him again, and held the rose in the palm of her hand.
"I learned a trick." She said, closing her fist, then opeaning again. The rose had dissapeared. She didn't do much magic, since she wasn't learing yet. She grinned, closed her fist again, and the rose reappeared.

"Hey, that's great!" Tavis grinned good-naturedly, then gently punched her shoulder. "And you're welcome, booger brain."
He smiled at Lavy.

"Yeah, I finished that report in class. Quidditch practices are tight as of late, so I'm getting all my work done quickly."

Lavy nodded. "Well your the first." she smiled. "Don't worry DADA get's better. I do all the boring crap during the first half of the year. Which is almost over."

Winry smiled at the two of them, and wandered back to the bookcase. Thoughtfully, she stared at it, finally touching her orb then picking up a book.
