[Ginny Weasly]

She stepped ahead then turned, blushing.
"Uh..." She said, nervously.

[Xaver]

"Ug, cavewoman."
Xaver chuckled and let the door slowly shut behind them. He noticed her nervousness and frowned slightly.
"What's up?"

[Ginny Weasly]

"I don't think...I ought not to have done that." She said, slowly, unsure of her words. She didn't beleive them at all.

[Xaver]

He nodded. He understood where she was coming from, though it still took a moment to find his voice, low and smooth.
"Maybe not.." he agreed softly, watching her eyes.
He was quiet for a moment, before a smile jerked his lips.
"But did you want to?"

[Ginny Weasly]

She blushed.
"If I hadn't wanted to, would I?" She asked.

[Xaver]

Xaver watched her blush, and he chuckled slightly, shaking his head.
"I do not doubt that you do not do things when you don't really want to," he said quietly, smirking gently in a teasing way. "You're too stubborn."

[Ginny Weasly]

"I don't know wheather to take that as a compliment or an insult." She said.

[Xaver]

"Compliment, surely. I was pointing out that you stick up for yourself. That shouldn't be insulting."
He smiled a bit.

[Ginny Weasly]

She smiled.
"Good. Because insulting me would be like your contradicting yourself." She said.

[Xaver]

"Surely," he said. "And it wouldn't be very wise of me, either."
He grinned.
"Good."

[Ginny Weasly]

She smiled, took his hand and started towards the staircase, since they both stayed in the Gryffindor.

[Xaver]

Xaver grinned and followed obediantly, laughing like a madman as he did. He didn't know the source of the sound, but didn't really mind it either.

[Ginny Weasly]

"You reallys are a nutcase." She said, glancing back at him.

[Xaver]

"Well yeah. Amazing you just noticed."
Xaver grinned wider and squeezed her hand, still following.

[Ginny Weasly]

"Sometimes you notice the worst things about a person after you get to know them." She said, climing the fourth floor staircase
