*eye roll*Lol,a director does behind the camera work.....He doesn't just "DIRECT" as his title would suggest...He makes the "VISION" of the script come together by using the camera. You see,Its very complicated. You have to look at film angles,shots...Filters....And generally, the producers have more power toward what gets into the movie. The director is the vision of the film.(I have to know this stuff, since I want to be a director.)

I especially wanted to see Charlie, but sadly... I didn't really like the SPEW parts, though... I thought they were a complete waste of time ;D

Film angles,shots...Filters... sounds more like the work of a cameraman, but on the other hand, in the 3D animation industry (here I go again ;D) a CG Director has to deal with eveything, which includes film angles, shots and filters ;D

AnnaBelle

But the director doesn't write the script.  At least not in this case.  I loved the SPEW line, and I really wish it wasn't cut!  It would have been really funny.

0612

I know the Director doesn't write the script, but most Directors edit the script to suit themselves better. (Directors are, after all, the leaders :P)

AnnaBelle

My point was, I don't blame Alfonso.

Ok. There's another thing though, you know the first two movies? There was never-before-seen footage on the last tracks of Disc 3 (VCD) or Disc 2 (DVD), but is there any on Movie 3's disc?

Neo

well, considering the deleated sceans SUCKED for the first two, i dont think anyone's actually missing them...

... opinion :P

Well, I was talking about Movie 3...

AnnaBelle

I really don't care about never before seen footage.  It's just not important.  At lease I don't think it is.

0612

In this case, that is probably true.

However, according to a friend, one of the LOTR movies had more than fifteen minutes cut out of it. That's a different story.

OK, but is there a possibility that he made changes to the script?

Yes, there may be a possibility that he made small changes, but I really don't think he changed entire scenes.   :-\ That's just my theory, and I was still disappointed in the movie, but I don't blame Alfonso.

:-\ I'm really bad at internet language.  It was sad that they had to leave out SPEW because that would have been hilarious, and if they added Bill and Charlie then they would have had to add a lot more which would have made the movie even longer and cost more money.  I hate when stuff has to be cut out, but at least they didn't cut too much.  Did you like Goblet of Fire, FizzingWhizbees?

yeah but it'll be better with bill and charlie

I hope you take Brian's way of becoming a director. Ha! Don't ask.

i had one problem with gof and that is in the book there was about 30 death eaters in the grave yard
and in the movie there was only 4 crabbe goyle (senior) mcnair and malfoy (senior)
7  1/2 days till the deathly hallows!!!!!!!!!!!!

goblet_fulla_fire

Listen, if they did EXACTLY everything they did in the movie as they did in the book, it would end up being a 40 hour film. Nobody would want to see that.

jon weasley

you have a point but still that would be cool a 40 hr movie
