oh no *sirius looked at malfoy who wasn't able to breath now.* sarah i love you and i love that jinx....but it might have worked to well! *sirius took out his wand and ran down to malfoy...or rather what was malfoy. he pointed his wand at his throat and said a few words under his breath. malfoy turned back into a regular human.*

*he looked at draco on the ground* that wasn't for your life. i didn't want sarah going to jail just because you died.

Crabbe and Goyle had indeed just walked up. They had heard Draco saying how he didnt know why he was on the ground. They were now completely dumbstruck about the situation. "Uh..hi," Goyle mumbled in reply to Sarah. Draco then stood up and looked around. "Wh...Why dont I remember falling in the water? Or being saved by..you," he said, unappreciatively to Cho, Sirius, and Sarah.
