"What? I didnt use the Cruciatus curse on Sarah! I havent used it on anyone..atleast not lately..." Draco shouted, voice trailing off because he realized he had, yet indeed, just admitted to using an Unforgiveable Curse more than just this once. He was pleading in his mind that Mcgonagall hadnt noticed this. He knew that many had been sent to Azkaban for using Unforgiveable Curses.

"Sarah....it was Draco....he did do the Cruciatus Curse....." She realized she had said that out loud and sighed.

"So you're saying that Sarah did not just come back from the Hospital Wing and that your memories are all wrong?"

sarah now stood there she did not want to say somthing. SHe knew that Cho did something but she ws not sure what.

Cho shook her by the shoulder and said,"Sarah....you did something to Draco....you entered the room and did something to anger him.....I guess."

"Fine." Sarah siad as she turned and ran. She was not blaming it on her. She just figures that Cho did it because they were always fighting each other. Sarah ran out side and slipped and started to cry.

She cried hiding in the dark shadows of her room feeling isolated and angry. *Why is it something weird happens....I'm blamed.....I didn't even do anything.* She thought to herself.

Draco paid no attention that two girls had just run away crying..he was still concerned with the fact that he had detention. "I still dont recall getting detention. This is not acceptable," he mumbled, crossing his arms.
