Cho made the book in her hand disappear. "Hey Sarah....what happened?"

"You know, no one likes a snitch.*" Draco sneered, as he walked up to them.


*not quidditch terms ofcourse..    i meant a "tattle-tale." lol

Sarah smiled. "well all I wrote was lines."

"well lets see. I tryed to help you. I mean your own mind did this."

"Yes. You tried..but didnt succeed. You should have lied more.." Draco huffed, angrily. "Ugh..you deserved the Cruciatus Curse," he added, under his breath.

Cho body-binded him and silenced him. Then left him there until one of his fat shadows came to help him. She scrouched down facing him and angrily in a low, dangerous tone,"Do not ever use that tone with my friend!"

"besides do you really want to get into trouble."

Cho had a smug look and got up. She released him from the body bind and silencing charm.

"Ugh," Draco sighed, standing up from his spot where he had been on the ground. "Well, she did deserve it," he muttered quietly, yet again under his breath.

"Well you better leave now and I will not hear another word about Sarah again..."

"Yeah, like thats actually gonna happen," Draco smirked, rolling his eyes.

Cho heard and glared tripping him as he walked away.
