"Agh! What was that for?" Draco shrieked in reply to being punched against the wall. He spoke with his hand against "I d..didnt do anything. I know n..nothing about a s..silly old diamond!!" he pleaded. He then turned to Sarah," And what m..makes you th...think I'm a D..Death Eater?" He paused for a moment then turned to Ginny. "I most certainly w..will not be going to d..detention for a m..month! My f..father will most definetly be hearing a..about th..this!" he sneered as he began to stand up.

"Draco, you will be going to detention for a month, and 50 more points from Slytherin for back talk!" Ginny told him, her voice low. She scowled, "I think it's time you started realizing I'm your teacher. So you better pay me some respect." Ginny snarled, turning away from him. She looked to the other two.

"You two, stop antagonizing him, or you'll lose points too."

"A month?!? Detention for a month?!? Not once my father hears about this!" Draco replied, catching his breath and standing up. "How can you take 50 points from me and give me detention for NO REASON?!? I wouldnt have had a reason for back talking if you hadnt punched me against the wall and most certainly if you hadnt falsely accused me of letting Death Eaters into the castle and then questioned me about some silly old diamond I know nothing about," he said, with a slight fake grin. ;D

"Draco, I can give you detention for tripping over your own robes, which I know you do every time you walk down the stairs!" Ginny said, turning around. If looks could kill, Draco would be dead several times over.

"Let's get this through your head, Mr. malfoy. I. Am. Your. Teacher. Not your equal, not your peer, not anything, except your teacher. Learn that, get it into that air filled head of yours and don't let it escape. One more word, and it'll be detention for two months."
