Seeing as she didnt do anything in return to his comment, Draco smirked, "My point is proven."

"Which point? The one on your head?" Ginny cut in from behind Draco. She shook her head and said, rather softly, "Will you ever learn?" She sighed, stepping around him and walking up to Cho.

"Hi, kiddo. And how are you today?" She asked her, rather lightly. As a teacher, she should have given Cho detention or something for threatening Draco, but she decided against it. If Ginny herself had been holding the wand, she wouldn't have put it away.

This had been proven. It had taken Kiara to stop Ginny from harming Draco seriously. And it was out of respect for Kiara only that she didn't curse him after that little episode.

Cho managed to smile and said, "Hi Ginny." She was afraid she would get detention. "Please don't give me detention Ginny."

"Forget it. Just don't do it again." Ginny said, waving her hand in dismissal. She shrugged, then smiled.

"Greater witches and wizards than you wouldn't have put the wand away before they cursed him." She told Cho, nodding, "Amazing self control is a great thing to have."

She smiled at Cho again, then looked around, still ignoring Draco.

Draco turned to Ginny. "What? She threatened me! She deserves detention...or atleast some house points taken away! Punish her!" he shouted, angrily.

"I gave her a warning..." Ginny said absently, "Like I'm giving you. Both of you. I catch eaither of you again, and you'll both get detention with me for a week. And you'll get 100 points taken from your house." Her voice was lazy, soft, and barely audiable.
