Draco and the Death Eaters watched Ginny leave. Once we she was gone and out of sight, they all snuck up a bit closer to where Cho and everyone else were.

Draco, noticing Cho spotting him, pulled out his wand and held it ready. The surrounding Death Eaters did the same.

"No!" Draco screamed, seeing that Cho, along with Devon as well, had gotten away. "This is all your fault!" He turned around and pointed at the Death Eaters. "You let those two get away!"
