Night Guard

Morning dawned, bright, crisp and clean. Ginny lay on a couch, her legs over the edge and her eyes staring at the ceiling blankly. She wore dark blue shorts and a light blue t-shirt, which made her hair seem even redder.

Students walked past in varying states of dress, getting ready for classes.

Cho sees Ginny lying on a couch and said cheerfully,"Hey Ginny!"

Ginny's eyes went from the ceiling to Cho. In one motion she rolled off the couch and stood. She streached her arms above her head and sighed.
"hey kiddo."

Sarah having had no sleep decided that the best thing to do would to go take a shower. She came back in from it and saw Ginny and Cho awake.

"Hi there guys did you have a nice night sleeping." Sarah wanted to seem like she was nice and caring but really she just did not want to talk about herself.

"Didn't sleep." Ginny said, softly. Her oice ws slightly hoarse, as though she had been yellig all night.

"Oh okay I hope that you are able to sleep sometime." Sarah siad as she started to put her hair up and smile.

"How about you there cho. How did you sleep."

Cho smiled and laughed. "Slept peacefully even though I think someone was snoring in the dorm next door...."

"well I'm glad that you did I'm going to go eat something see you guys later." Sarah said as she started to head outside.

"Don't forget, you arn't going to any classes today. meet me back here after you eat." Ginny told her, firmly.

"ya sure what ever." Sarah siad as she headed out she was going to eat and then go drawl by the lake before she went back.

Cho went to eat and came back to find Ginny after she ate a quick breakfast.

Lavy was there also pacing back and forth. She was wearing army green carpi's and a bright yellow tank top. Her hair had grown back from the last time she had cut it so it now flowed easily over her shoulder and down to her mid-back in gental curls. Her feet were bare. She looked up when she heard the door open.

"Oh, hey Cho." she said with a smile. "Have you seen Sarah, lately?"

Sarah was sitting down by the lake and sat there drawling thing like normally kids.

"Wow for once I am alone and able to have some time to drawl by myself." Sarah siad as she lied down on the ground and drawled.

Ginny was sitting in an armchair, watching Lavy. She had changed into black loose pants and a gray T-shirt, her hair was pulled up and out of her face. She looked up at Cho and smiled slightly.

"I'm looking for her too. She's supposed to meet me here. You arn't getting out of classes for nothing, you know." She pointed out, in a pretty good mood. She had talked to her mother about 15 minutes ago (transportation) and felt pretty good.

"And I just hate it when people cut my class."

Sarah had decided that is was about time to go back in so she stashed her thing in there normally place in a tree and headed off towards the castle.

She was sweating when she finally got back to her dorm.

"Hi there guys."
