Quick question, I'd like opinions too.

Think of this: What if Snape and Dumbledore had a plan to make it seem like Dumbledore was dead to give Voldemort a false sense of security? Because remember, Dumbledore offered Malfoy a chance to escape from Voldemort and he said that he would be able to hide out as though he were dead. but then again, what if Dumbledore really is dead, because remember again, when Harry and Minerva got back to the Headmaster's office, Dumbledore was in his own painting along with the other passed headmasters.... My Questions are these: Is Dumbledore really dead? and Is Snape good or evil??? Help me please someone!

In my opinion so far anyways Snape is evil because he killed Dumbledore, but most people have no decision yet because we're all waiting for the 7th book!!LOL

Dumbledore is dead....not coming back, that's what the killing curse does....no love shield involved when he died so he is DEAD!Dumbledore come back!!LOL

i think snape and bumbly had a plan for when snape killed him. he didn't die the normal way.....most people, when hit by avada kadavra, fall down dead. dumbly was in the air for a few seconds with his back arched. that is not a normal killing curse.

oh ya i never thought of that. but when voldy's avada curse backfired onto him when it was intended for harry he didn't arch up like that. idk...we'll just have to wait another 9 days!

Dumbledore is defiantly dead.. it has been in more than one interview with JKR that HE IS NOT COMING BACK FROM THE DEAD...

But weather Snape is good or bad.. hm....I like for him to be good, but I don't really believe it...just have to wait for the final book to find out, I guess...I mean, Dumbledore have been telling that there is prof of Snape being one to trust, but what it is I haven't got a glue...

Well here's the thing, from what I've observed, Avada Kadavara can have different effects, depending on A. The wizard and B. The amount of force put into the spell. When Voldemort killed Harry's parents, (and I'm not sure if this was the struggle, or if this was just the curse) the house was "left in ruins." Since when does avada kadavra destroy a house?

That was backlash from when the spell was 'Returned to Sender' the massive energy release destroyed voldemortes body and everything around it. It was a bad combination of good and bad magic...

Also if you look, between the start of the first movie and the moment that Mad Eye used the killing curse on the spider there was no real apparent difference in the effects between the dead spider and the dead muggle.
