Hermione's hair is no more bushy after the first movie. Bad, isnt it? I mean, that is the first identity JKR gives abt her in the books.

bushy is a loose definition. similar to how they never specify where on harry's forehead the scar is...even though the illustrator put it in the center, it never mentions exactly where it is.Her hair isn't exactly completly straight, though. I have straight hair. and what she has isn't straight hair.
