Jessie let Cho drag her to the surface of the lake, but jessie never broke the surface, instead she swam around the perimiter of the pond, casting a protection charm so that whoever was down there wouldn't get out. It might have been harsh, but once she found out who it was she would decide what to do.

Jessie climbed out of the pond, dried herself off and sat down by the edge of the pond. She stared into its depths, but still couldn't see the person moving. That didn't discourage her though, she kept staring...............

Cho sighed and said pointing at the lake,"Accio wand." No wand appeared and then she said,"This person is really powerful....either he/she has a powerful shield blocking my spell or he/she wasn't using a wand...."
