The dark man was shocked at the response of the snake and burnt it to a crisp immediately. He looked back at the girl and the new wizard. When the girl got up and chocked the other one he was surprised and a bit scared. His Lord was helping him now. He wanted to do this task by himself but it was getting out of hand and he knew it. When he saw the girl speed towards him he almost laughed. Before anything even happened he summoned another snake and gave it directions. The snake slithered from out of site and the man waited for the doomed girl to approach him.

((dont worry i was intending on her losing anyways the snake is going to get her) Niatra didnt see the snake in her path untill it was too late. She remembers falling off her broom and hitting the forest flor with a thud. A dark man standing over her laughing.

The man didn't expect it to be this easy. He looked at the girl and took out his wand. Might as well finish the job but he was sure to re-shadow himself before something went out of plan, a surprise healer was already bad enough but that little incident was going to be fixed in a few seconds.

The man hesitated, he heard some one coming. He wasn't going to mess this one up. He pointed his wand at the weaken girl and thought "Avada Kadavra .

Jessie saw the flash of light, and before she knew what she was doing, she screamed *ACCIO WORM!!!* a worm appeared directly in the spells path saving the girl.

The man was dumbfounded but the snake was already a step ahead of him. He started mesmerizing the girl again, giving the man another chance. He snickered and pointed his wand back at the unconscious witch, "Avada Kedavra" he thought.

Albus had sneaked by all the time. He had noticed that the wizard wand was a 8/12 inch Willow
With a dragon heart string core. Albus had maked one with his wand and now a second before
Niatra got hit he Shouted " EPELLIARMUS!" (LOLOL) The spells hit each others.

Jessie realized what was happening, and added her own powers into the mix. She knew that the man was a powerful wizard, but with her and Albus's powers combined, she had confidence that they would win.

The man took his wandless hand and made sure his hood fully covered his face. He then absorbed the two spells against his and fired them all at the fallen wizard. "Do they really think they have a chance against me" he thought.

Mira (sry but Niatra wasn't working! LOL) awoke and saw a blast of light coming at her. She used a quick shield. She used all her energy on the shield then she fell unconcious again.
