Maya had been watching.She had been waiting for the right moment to hit Voldemort square in the back with a killing curse.It was now she thought.He was raising his wand to perform the curse when he was too late and unaware that someone was behind him watching."Expelliaramus"Maya yelled.Voldemorts wand flew out of his hands and landed 80 ft from him.Before anyone noticed what happened it did."Avada Kerdavra."A hatred spread through Maya and came out her wand and hit Voldy square in the chest.He fell to the ground with a look of surprise on his face."Well.I'm glad that's over."she said.Talking as if they had just finished their exams.

Vanessa stood up, shocked. "Thank you." She managed to say. This girl had just saved her life and she didnt even act like it was a big deal! "You... you act like youve dealt with him before."

"Believe me.I've dealt with him plenty of time."she walked away recounting a dream that she knew would now never happen again.

Maddy ran up behind Vanessa. "Are you alright?" She asked her worriedly. Vanessa eyes were huge and she looked as if she had just faced her death.... "What happended?"
