Protection, again?

"I didn't want this. I hate it." Ginny scowled as the door opened and a maid came out.

"Ma'am? I'm supposed to take you and your guests to your rooms." She called out. Ginny groaned and rolled her eyes.

"C'mon guys."

*sirius smiled at ginny's facial expressions and followed.*

The maid led them into the castle and down more confusing hallways till they came to a large one with rich blue carpeting. She opened one door, "This is for your female guest." The maid said, motioning at Mira.

Then she opened another door, "This is for the male."

"And this is your's, Lady Ginny." All the rooms were alike, large, airy, with rich colors and a window viewing the gardens. Each had their own personal bathroom, with running water.

*sirius looked in his room and his heart skipped a beat at how many beautiful colors there were. he smiled to the maid. he noticed ginny's room was next to his and he nodded to himself.* good.

"Your clothing is in your room, King Conan requests you dress for dinner." Said the maid, bowing once, then leaving. Ginny rolled her shoulders and glanced in her room.

"Well, Sirius, your's will be a suit with black and red. And Mira, you's will be a pink dress with a white sash." Ginny told them, knowing exactly the kind of outfits the maids liked to make.

"Go ahead and put them on, and don't worry about getting them dirty. Mira, your should have long sleeves, but it won't be too warm. They use a light fabric." Ginny told her, "Meet you here in five minutes." She told them, shutting the door to her room.

((That was to alleviate confusion, lolz. Mira, I know you can't get on to reply much, so I'm just gonna kinda boss your charry around a bit to keep the story going.))

*sirius nodded and stepped into his room, he closed the door behind him and peered around. it was cozy and yet orderly. he noticed his suit in the corner and he examined it.* niiice. *he said before taking off his bag now and placing it on a bed. he took out his wand, pointed it at the bag and placed it in the nightstand. immediatly the bag turned the color of the cabinet and he smiled.. he went to the batthroom with a razor and quickly shaved his face with ease. then he washed his face once more and put on his suit. he checked himself in the mirror, attmepted to flatten his hair, placed his wand and a tiny potion bottle in his pocket and he stepped outside the door. closing it behind him.*

(Again, assuming that Mira is there.)

Ginny came out of her room, closing the door with a soft click. She wore a black dress with deep purple around her chest. The dark colors made her red hair, which was curled expertly,and her semi-pale skin stand out. She looked beautiful, but she only did what she knew was expected of her. She knew she could have looked alot better then she did, but she didn't want to.

Not for Conan.

*sirius was taken back at ginny's appearence at first. he never really had seen her in a dress. she looked very pretty. then he saw ginny and was very impressed as well.* well i do beleive i am the luckiest man in the world to be standing here with two beautiful ladies as yourselves. *he smiled at them both.*

Ginny nodded, then made a motion for them to follow her. She led them down the hall, back down the steps and into a large dinning room. As they entered, the whole table stood, waiting for them to take their seats.

Ginny glanced neither right, nor left as she entered the room. She led Sirius and Mira to the far side of the table, physically as far away from Conan as she could manage. UIt wasn't a large table, however, so her success was only by a yard or so.

As she and her guests sat down, the rest of the party sat, then resumed eating. Ginny ate little, picking at her food and seemingly ignoring the conversations that erupted around her. She had never been one to force silence upon the dinner table, and never would be. She thought talking made the meal much more enjoyable. Plus, she could be silent and listen about diffrent rumors around the castle.

She looked up, however, when an older woman, Conan's mother tentivily said her name.
"Yes, Mrs. Sulai?" Ginny asked polietly.

"Well, dear, I hear that you are going to be quitting your job at your Ministry." Said Conan's mother, carefully. Ginny nodded, however and flashed a slight smile.

"I cannot take their stupidity anymore." She explained.

*after sitting down sirius began to eat. he was actually polite when it was needed, so tonight he ate properly. and not stuffing his face like he normally would. he smiled as ginny made this comment about the ministry not sure exactly how to react to that obvious statement.*

"Oh..." Mrs. Sulai said, looking at the younger girl with interest. Ginny smiled politely and finished her meal. She waited on the last few people before nodding politely to others at the table and standing.

"I need to go get ready for the meeting." She told them all, softly, she glanced at Sirius and Mira.

"You guys stay with Sam. He'll take you to the meeting room in a bit."

After she left, many of the guests stood, leaving Sirius and Mira alone with Conan, his father and mother, his older sister, and Sam.

*sirius sat in silence uncomfortably. he kept making side glanced at mira then to conan. he had to reasure himself that mira was ok. he smiled at conan's mother lightly and yet respectfully, trying to make them see that he was a nice man.*

As soon as the door closed after Ginny, Conan leaned forward, rubbing his eyes tiredly, and Sam stood up, collecting empty plates. Conan's mother and father started talking about something insignifigant, and Conan's older sister, Amber leaned toward Sirius and Mira.
"Are you from her home?" She asked, looking them up and down with interest.
