Easter

[Vanessa]

She knew how they felt. She had always been the same way. Stuck at Hogwarts while everyone else went to see their families. They need something special. She decided, an idea popping into her head. "Hey! Everyone!" She yelled, heads turning to face her.

"All older students, meet me in the Great Hall. Were going to have an Easter Egg Hunt for the younger students." She always had Easter Egg Hunts before her parents left her. This would be the perfect thing to do.

She walked to the Great Hall, students following. She pulled out her wand, muttering a few spells. Tons of eggs, filled with candy, appeared. "Hide the eggs then meet up here. Don't worry, you'll get a reward too." She smiled. "And I'll go explain the rules to the younger kids."

She walked back into the other room. "Okay, were going to have an Easter Egg Hunt for you guys! So..." She said another spell and baskets appeared. "Grab a basket, let me explain the rules, and then we'll go!"

Sarah smiled as she walked out with bag filled with eggs. She had done this her whole life till she came to this school. She was an expert at where to hide then and then how to find them. "okay lets see did she saw anything about them using magic. I bet they can't but I can."

Sarah then bent down and formed 4 little rocks. She then put a huge on inside them before walking of do find a tree that had a whole but nothing inside of it and hide one there. She then hide a couple in places that stuck out because those were the ones that most normally did not find. Like some of them were right at the edge of the castle and in a branch on a tree.

"well that was fun and becides if none of my eggs are found I put my own little touch on them so I can come back and say accio Sarah's eggs." She then laid on the ground wonder what next.

Blaze liked Vanessa's idea. He got a bunch of eggs and wondered where to put them. Luckily he saw Sarah and walked over to her, "Hey Sarah, are you hiding eggs aswell?" he asked

"There are a couple of rules though. No magic. No stealing other peoples eggs. And..." She pulled out of gold egg. "If you find this one, you get the big prize." She smiled as their faces lit up. She missed her family even more. When her and Lisa would push eachother over just to get the most eggs first. "I'm sure it won't take too much longer for them to hide eggs and then you can go!"

Sarah laid on the ground and smiled.

"Well no. I'm already done I mean grew up doing this." She then set up and put her hand on her knee remebering the past when she would do this.

A little brown haired girl was running around in a light yellow sundress. She had an blue basket and was smiling like happy. She was finding eggs like crazy her basket was almost full already and she was not having to becareful when she ran as to not lose them. Once all the eggs were found she walked over to her parents.

"look Daddy I have a bunch. I mean they were not able to hide them from me." She was so proud of herself she then turned and say a smaller girl that looked like she was 3 years younger with an almost empty basket. She was not able to get them because the older ones would get there before her. She also had fell and lost lots of them because people had grabbed the ones she dropped. She looked like she was going to cry.

"Be right back Daddy." Sarah then walked over to the little girl and gave her about half of hers. "keep them I mean I have plenty I mean this was my third one to do anyways."

Sarah looked as if she was in her own little world rembering the best Easter ever her big brothers were so happy that they did what she did she was given an Ice cream pop. That was before her magic started to show.

"Oh ya you might want to go hide yours I mean they will be coming any minute."

Blaze smiled at Sarah a little awkwardly. She looked like she just spaced out for a bit. "Uhh ok, thanks" he said he found a nice spot by a large tree and hid a few there and the rest behind a rock. They weren't very excellent hiding spots but they'd do he thought.

Is everyone ready? Vanessa thought to the older students as the younger ones waited for the signal to go. She knew how impatient kids were and they really needed to get started.

Sarah smiled as she saw Blaze hiding them. She then laughed.

*I'm ready V but I'm not so sure about your boyfriend. I mean he acts as if he never done this before.* Sarah sent to her she then stood up because she knew that she was not wanting to get trampled by little feet that would soon be running by.

"Blaze they are waiting for you to start. Just thought you would love to know that." Sarah was now leaning against the one tree that looked clear of eggs.

~Yea im ready~ he thought to her. He had does this only a few times when he was younger, he forgot about all the fun he used to have.

"Hey guys can I join?"Lexi asked hands behind her back. She didn't know if Vanessa and Blaze were still mad at her for being a girlfriend to Tom or now Voldemort. Hopefully they would forgive her. She finally raised her head shyly and looked at them.

[Vanessa]

"Sure!" Vanessa said to Lexi. "You can help supervise." Then Vanessa turned to the children. "Okay we're going to start. On your mark, get set, GO!"

They raced outside, their baskets swinging from thier hands. Their faces shined with smiles, and some squeled at the sight of a small egg.

Sarah smiled as she watched the kids go at it. She stood there and before she knew it she was in tears while watching them. Her eyes were back in there own little world. She was remebering all the times when she had easter egg hunts and how he family was one at that time. She then remebered how that was when she would help them out.
