Outside and bored

[Hailey]

Hailey sat outside.  She was sitting against a tree, writing in her journal and trying to finish her homework.  She had a big test in a few days and she dreaded it.  Hailey let out a sigh of frustration and closed it and threw the book on the ground.  She looked up at the tree she was leaning against and climbed on the lowest branch.  Hailey sat there as she watched everyone around Hogwarts.

[Hailey]

Hailey looked down.  "Hey" she said as she waved.  She jumped out of the tree and landed cleanly on her feet.  "What are you up to?" Hailey asked.

[Hailey]

"Uh.. Ok.  Well if you say it like that then I guess I'm just standing." Hailey said.  She picked up her stuff and held it under her arm.  "I'm bored and studying for this test isn't helping.  What do ya' say?  You want to go do something?"

[Hailey]

(Why would I make one up?)

"Well, I don't have a boyfriend.  But I'll tag along with you I guess" Hailey agreed, glad that she has an excuse not to study anymore.
