Okiee back to the topic for a while... How do I become undepressed... I feel like crap... and I'm not sick.. I just got this feeling and I want to cry.. I don't know why and that makes things worse... and I really don;t feel like doing anything except going into a corner and crying....

I know I feel like that sometimes......when I'm like this I listen to my favorite music and I might write down how I'm feeling ...letting my anger out on the paper......just remember don't do anything that you will regret
