It took Stacey a while to answer. "Some don`t say anything, but you can feel them. Some want to know why I can`t help them and they want to know where they are. Other say things that... some people would rather not hear, because if they can break someone down enough, they`ll be able to possess the person." She skipped the part about how that had almost happened twice.

"And others scream or cry." Her voice was barely louder than a whisper.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden stopped walking as the staircase they stood on started to move.  "I had no idea."  He said quietly as his eyes softened.

Stacey shook her head. "They aren`t so bad, they just need help, but I can`t communicate with them, just try to block them out. I can barely hear them now." She assured.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden looked at her seriously.  "I hope so."  He said.  "I'm glad Ginny is helping too.  I owe her one."

Stacey bit her lip; she wasn`t about to tell him that Ginny had stopped helping her with her shield after she became about six months pregnant, and still hadn`t resumed the task, but Stacey had it covered. For the most part.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden watched her expression change, but he decided not to question it.  He waited until the staircase stopped moving to start walking up them again.

Stacey gently squeezed his hand then started walking again, slowly, though.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

As they got onto the platform he looked at the two directions to go.  "Well, since you know whats what, where to?"  Aiden asked as he looked at Stacey.

Stacey smiled. "I picked last time." She said simply.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

He wrinkled his nose up, and shrugged.  "Well, whats that room?"  He asked, pointing to the left.

"An empty classroom." She replied quickly.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden looked at the room on the right.  "What about there?"  He asked, looking down the hallway.

"Empty classrooms." She repeated with a smile.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
"And now I understand a phrase I once thought odd;
I guess to love another person is to see the face of God."

Aiden

Aiden laughed quietly.  "Well, which empty classroom she would go in?"  He asked sarcastically.

Stacey grinned and rolled her eyes. "I dunno. Just pick one." She replied, looking down both hallways.
"Get out of my way! I'm a free spirit!"
FOREVER WILL NEVER BE LONG ENOUGH.
