Name:  Jackie Saylem

AGE: 124 (But appears to be 15; (explained in history))

Height: 5'2"

Appearance: She has straight blond almost white hair and white porcelain skin. When she gets thristy, her eyes turn black and when she is full they are bright blue, which is slightly unusual for a vampire. She is small and has slender proportions, such as a small torso and is skinny, but almost too much so. To some people she would appear weak. She is quite attractive because of her vampire roots. Her lips are a shocking red in contrast to the rest of her pale face, and almost no one knows about the tiny scar she keeps hidden on her right shoulder. A true testament to her dangerous past.

Personality: Doesn't like crowds, they make her uncomfortable. If you are a person she likes, you will know it, but if she doesn't like you, you will also be sure to know. But fortunately Jackie dislikes few people, so that is not typically a problem. She is very understanding and compassionate, but short tempered. She has been known to blow up trees, when angry at the slightest thing. She absoloutly detests being a vampire and thinks it is the most horrible thing in the world. Also she in extremely emotional, sometimes overly so and tends to snap when something tragic happens.  She tends to be pestimistic at times and overprotective which can be somewhat irritating.  She also talks about everything that is wrong and sometimes can come across as somewhat of a complainer. Sometimes her heart goes out to people in the most unlikely situations.  She also tends to feel sorry for people a lot because it was how she was raised. One person though has captured her thoughts now.  She has met Nate and thinks she might finally be happy (a rarity) because she has found someone like her, who is caring and (somewhat) immortal which she thought might never happen.  

Likes: She loves other people who understand her and her cousin Mira. She liked being around people who understand that she is a bit emotional and has a temper problem. Also she can be found swimming in the water A LOT. Water tends to be her escape from the rest of the world. Nate ('nuff said).

Dislikes: The fact that she is a vampire. She can't stand the fact that she might accidently hurt people that she knows and loves. She also hates it when people try to protect her, more than she needs, if any. She is independant and not afraid to show it. She also hates being babied and protected. Feeling like something is her fault and hurting thos she cares about.
Power:Jackie has the power to run extremely fast, super strength (if you will), extremely acute hearing, sense of smell and eyesight. But those are just things that come with being a vampire. Her other power is being able to alure men with her singing, which has caused many confusing mishaps in the past, and things she really tries to avoid today.

History: Jackie has always thought of herself as being a normal girl, until she came to hogwarts, that is. She vagely remembers being a little kid, but thats because that was 124 years ago. Jackie was turned into a vampire by Marcus after her parents died. Her parents had died in a car crash, and Marcus was assigned her gaurdian. Marcus had resolved to turn her into a vampire after his wife, her foster mother died. He couldn't stand the thought of being along for eternity.

So Jackie was frozen forever in time, forever fifteen. But only this year has she found out what she has become. It came by news of her father, who decided it was time. She had never noticed, because as her family members died, she had been told it was accidents, never old age. And as new were born, her father explained them as being distant relatives. Jackie was hidden in a shroud of mystery for years. It would explain why she was home schooled and never ate, just drank delicious red 'protien shakes' Marcus made for her.

Now though Jackie knows of her horrible past and wonders how many people her 'father' must've killed to give her blood all those years. From that point on she has tried so hard to live a normal life, go to school with other kids, and never hurt another human. She just hunts animals now. Luckily she has found others of her king here at Hogwarts, and is feeling wanted once again, but nothing good can last forever can it? What about when she outlives all her new human friends...

Hah, thanks everyone. I've really put a lot of work into modifying my character and don't worry Albus, you're not mean. I know its not as sweet as Ginny's. And thanks. I love the picture too!  ;)
